Order cancelled without notice.
Placed an order on 11/23/23 for a Christmas gift for my son. I just went in to check status and status shows cancelled. There was no communication and there is no reason listed, the order was just cancelled. I searched my email and spam box, but NO communication at all! Do not trust these people, ever. Wish I had read reviews first and glad this was a small, stocking stuffer gift, not an important one.

Placed an online order for Christmas. Item showed in stock in 2 colors. Was sent an email confirming order and would ship soon. Went looking today for tracking only to find the order has been cancled due to no stock. No notification. Now we have to find an alternative in a short amount of time. Way to help us out- not going to give my $$ again if you can not even let us know you ran out of the item we ordered.
Bad business. False advertisement
They are advertising that they are open until 11pm all week on the Internet. I was there around 10:18 pm and they were already locked up. And it was Friday night to. Poor management practices at Wyandotte plaza! I also had called a couple hours earlier to be put on hold for over 10 minutes. I could hear people in the background but no one ever came back to the phone. I finally hung up. How rude!!!

I called about a tshirt I purchased and it didn't fit. I called to ask if I could exchange it for a different size. I spoke with Sophia Canova , she was absolutely precious. She was very knowledgeable, patient,kind,and did everything to help me with my issue. It is hard to find good customer service these days, and she was remarkable!!! I can't say enough about how big of a Rockstar she is!! She definitely deserves a raise and to b acknowledged!! She is a keeper!!!!

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER- Never got the instore order Inbox
I have trying to resolve the instore pickup order issue:
1. I sent an email asking how it works and never heard back. please see screenshot on the attachment to this email.
2. I have tried multiple times to contact your customer service number and have not spoken to anyone to date.
3. I went into the store on 12/2 and spoke to a few employees who never seen or got the order after I paid for it.
4. I finally got to speak to someone in the Peoria Crossing store today around 2pm and they have no knowledge of my order at all. I have attached the order information and the 1st email that I sent looking into this. I made my order on 11/26 and got the items you shipped. I have been trying to get some help and gotten none to date. An I keep hearing we did not get it and not sure who you need to contact. That is not good business and I am extremely frustrated with this situation. I would like to get a follow up call from a LIVE HUMAN BEING WHO I CAN SPEAK TO HELP LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME.
Spoke to the store manager today and got the royal run around who advised need to contact there corporate office and there is nothing else he can do!!!

I was at your location in Collegeville, Pa. I purchased a t-shirt with a price tag of $5.00. When I checked out, the cashier said "that will be $5.55." I asked why it was $5.55 and not $5.00 as was on the price tag. He said oh, it must be tax. I said no, clothing is not taxable and if it was it would be $5.30 because there is a 6% tax in PA. I thought I would be offered the t-shirt at the price of $5.00 since that was the price on the tag! I said one more time, why is this coming up $5.55 when the price tag CLEARLY says $5.00. The answer was "The prices must have gone up and we didn't get an email." Seriously? I know a lot of stores will give honor the price on the tag and then say, our prices have gone up. Probably will not be returning to the store.

My granddaughters adore hello kitty. Five below has adorable Halloween hello kitty plush this season. I ordered online, it showed in stock. The following day my order was cancelled. I found two stores in my city that showed they had them in stock. I ordered again. Both stores sent Me notifications the order was being processed both cancelled again, I canât believe it! Beware the store lead is a racist in the Moorestown location store number 08007. I was checked out at register 2 associate 739345. I made a purchase brought the wrong product. I went to return one of my items back to the store. I was told that it wasnât allowed to be refunded and I literally just purchased it. I have my receipt. While shopping I asked the cashier to tell me if any of my items are over $5.00. She was so ignorant and beyond rude. The manager she stated his name to be Zack said the prices went up 20 years ago. He lied with a bold face. The prices went up during Covid not 20 years ago. He was such a racist mocking the words I spoke as if I was an uneducated person. I recorded him with my spy camera. Beware of this store if youâre coloured. They donât like us here. They lie about their refund rules. They sold me the wrong product and kept my money. I will never do business with this store in my life. I will tag all their shareholders to my spy camera footageâs. I will find them on LinkedIn. Zack should not behold his title in this store at all neither should the cashier. He refused to give me Tracy the district managers info. I had to look her up as well. Sad place! Itâs 6:02pm Est time. I am filing a customer relations complaint immediately.

I love going to this store! They have wide variety of items from room decor to spa day necessities, from toys to fashion! The room decor is high quality and very appealing to the eye, and the women's t-shirts are affective and affordable. I just bought a bath bomb from there, but I haven't tried it yet. I will update on the quality. I also love the squishmallows there, they're a very fair price.10/10 would r3cc0m3nd!
2 candle kits, only 1 worth your money
Purchased 2 candle making kits there, one was ABSOLUTELY worth it, the "good VIBES only aroma therapy CANDLE kit" had nice scents and clear instructions. You can see the size of the tins through the clear portion of the box and the picture on the front is indicative of what size your containers will be. HOWEVER, the "MAKE YOUR OWN LAYERED SCENTED CANDLES" should be avoided. It boasts 3 scents (berry blast, Blueberry bliss and pineapple party) but they all smell the same and they all smell like s**t. The photo on the box creates an expectation of 3 nice sized candle jars but you will be sorely disappointed when you open the package. Each is roughly the size of a shot glass. The only useful things in the package are the smoothing tool and the little measuring cup. Steer clear of this kit.

I love this store. They have almost anything I could want from Walmart or Target, but the items they sell are at a lower price. Five Below has everything you need, including toys, board and card games, candy, snacks, T-shirts, phone chargers, and even school supplies. Five Below also has an easy-to-use app that allows you to buy items that are at your nearest Five Below. You can also buy items that aren't available at the Five Below closest to you.

My wife recently bought me a pair of earbuds. She said she asked the seller at the store which ones are the best pair cause he works around noise and needs to hear.
