I paid for one month and then turned off auto-renew. After two months, I was charged again without my consent. When I tried to get a refund, it took them two days just to respond and send me the link to the refund page. I submitted the request, but after seven days without any response, they simply closed my ticket. I didn’t receive anything — no refund, no compensation — they just charged me without my permission.

The mods were buggy, support was slow and the graphics weren't as in the images. I give 4 stars because they issues me a full refund in less than a week, which i am happy with :)

I have been a long time member of FiveMods, anytime I need some mods to spice up my game, this is where I go. The support team is especially great, very quick and on the ball with any issues.

Mods range from graphic packs, to road textures, to even real life buildings!

100% recommend FiveMods to anyone who is looking for great and affordable mods for FiveM!

The mod selection is genuinely impressive well made, varied, and generally easy to install. Performance has been solid and I’ve found several high-quality additions that really elevate the experience. Unfortunately, the support side is almost nonexistent. Questions go unanswered, tickets linger without updates, and there’s no clear escalation path when something breaks. If you’re comfortable troubleshooting on your own, you’ll probably be fine. But if you value responsive customer service, be prepared to feel stranded.

When I first got FiveMods, I tried out their free graphics packs for FiveM which themselves we're amazing, Then I upgraded to premium and the packs just got better and better They're always updating things and adding new features to the app.

They are overall the best i've ever used, They're support team is amazing and has helped me with issues withing an hour of me asking if not faster.
10/10 will use again.

Fast Support, Nice Mods, Anytime

Had it downloaded before and after deleting it I wanted to install it back but because of some stuff in \appdata\, the app wasn't loading, the support helped me with a pretty quick response and very clear instructions. The app overall is really easy to use. Big recommendations from my position.
