Friendly company and good advice given on which appliance to purchase. Quick delivery and installation excellent, a smooth service from start to finish.

Ordering was easy. Delivered on time and fitted efficiently.

Great experience with all relevant staff .. advised we needed a new washer due to door lock & board trouble. New washer arrived the next day old one taken away. Very efficient polite & friendly engineers .. very pleased

They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. From the point of discussing options for purchasing a new washing machine great patience and attention to detail was given to helping my 88 year old mother. Shaun and Ian were extremely polite, patient and professional. Installation was done with great care for her property and patience given with their demonstration with particular attention from them to the frailty of my mother.

My mother said she trusts five-star services and appreciated their excellent service and that they were lovely.

The process was very easy I ordered my new washer online they then rang me with a delivery time which was very accurate and removed my old washer free of charge.

Very clear website with all products listed with full information, easy payment method online, made the order yesterday afternoon the freezer was delivered next morning . Put into position and old unit taken away with all packaging.

Excellent service very helpful same day delivery for a much needed dryer

The helpful sales lady explained the different tumble dryers. I chose the one I wanted and it was delivered and fitted within the expected timeframe.
Both the sales lady and installer explained the main points of how to use it.

Staff in store very knowledgeable - the delivery staff treated our property with respect and even put our microwave back in it's correct place despite not knowing where is was meant to be located and to top it off - took away the packaging
