Second order with Fix & Fast. I only needed a single stainless steel M10 bolt with two nuts and washers. Fix & Fast again were the solution. Easy to find product on website, good quality product and great customer service. Delivery was delayed (due to Royal Mail). I asked if I could get a small refund on the next day postage as I paid for this and there were no quibbles and a straight yes. Could have been 5 stars if Iâd been offered the delivery refund without needing to ask but overall, great company and will use again. A small tip for future - could a tracking link be sent with the confirmation email for next day deliveries? Might save customer service some time too not having to reply to people like me (last minute diyâers).
