Insurer appointed garage.

My insurers instructed them to do repairs. They came collected the car. Once repaired they delivered it. The things I did not like that they did not clean the car and delivered the car with all 4 tyres deflated and warning lights on.

fix auto where very helpful collected the car repaired the car and dropped the car back the work is amazing you would never of known i was in an accident car was cleaned and when i had questions they were helpful and kept me informed

Went in for a touch paint job came back…

Went in for a touch paint job came back with more scratches masking tape on the back kids seat belts dont work car got delivered with only 10 miles off petrol left in reserve

A pure joke manager suppose to ring is within 24hours never did even after directing sent them emails motability sent emails and myself sent email still ain't heard nothing pure joke

Fix Auto have been excellent throughout. They contacted me to let me know the work had been approved by the insurance company- something the insurance company didn't do.
They kept me informed throughout the repairs.
The staff were very helpful and courteous- especially Colin
