The repair work carried out on my Audi Q3 was very good. However, the communication on when my vehicle would be ready was exceptionally bad.

Messages to me from different departments of this company were conflicting.

The guys at fix auto where fantastic always kept me up to date with the updates on my car big thumbs 👍 up thanks guys

Can't fault the work carried out but the communication was very poor. I had to keep phoning the head office to be put through to the garage dealing with my car as I wasn'tgiven a direct numberb& despite them saying every time that they would get back to me with updates, never did.

My car, as confirmed in advanvce, was collected and returned in an efficient way. The repairs were completed to my complete satisfaction and the car now looks perfect.

A hassle-free experience! They collected my car, made notes on the damage that the insurance claim was to cover, noted any other minor damage, marks etc., and left me a courtesy car. Then delivered my car back to my door when it was done, about ten days later - all repaired, clean and shiney.
I was slightly worried about how well the new paint would match the 15 year old BMW Xirallic paint, but I can't see any mis-match at all, though we haven't yet had any sunny days, which is the litmus test...

I cannot fault the work that Fix Auto did on my car. Very quick turnaround kept me informed along the way. And the car came back looking like new.

Fix Auto were the garage allocated by an insurance company.
Communication was quick from the outset and they collected my car from the car hire centre and then delivered back there for me to collect when the work was completed. The work to my car was excellent and my car had been thoroughly cleaned and valeted throughout.

Really good service and I would definitely use them again.

I got my car back today after 6 weeks! I was told 2 weeks ago it was nearly finished but it seemed to take forever from that point.
Too slow. Miscommunication or no communication

Honestly brilliant service. Regular updates on progress of repair by email and telephone. Ultra polite and the work on the car was top notch.

Fix Auto Bournemouth did a fantastic job on my Hyundai i10. The quality of their work is just spectacular. You wouldn't know the car has been repaired, it just looks brand new.
They provided me with a courtesy car and when the job took longer, they just told me not to worry and keep their courtsey car for longer. Absolute Gem!

The time that it took to collect the car and repair it was short and sweet. 7 days

Then I looked closer and it was not as good as i thought it would be, or seemed to be. Windscreeen was not very well cleaned

They did keep me informed as to the progress of the repair then the manager was arrogant turned stupid and had to make a complaint about her and admiral and her cronies covered up her arrogance and lies . PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH COMPANIES AND ADMIRAL ARE STILL PAYING COMPENSATION FOR THEIR REPETITIVE MISTAKES !
