Absolutely amazing service and professionalism. I am a Customer Service Manager myself so I am aware how difficult some situations can be. The handling of everything was perfect. Great team (Jackie and Mark the driver). Despite the traumatisation of an accident that wasn't my fault the team dealt with the dent so swiftly and kept me informed. I cant praise them enough. I'm extremely impressed with this company. I had an incident with a post and sustained substantial damage to my nearside wing and trim, from the first phone call from Fix Auto my experience was fantastic, my insurance company told me I would hear with a day, it was less than an hour ! I was given a date that their driver would come and collect my car and drop off a courtesy car, very prompt service and the replacement car was lovely. I was asked to send photo's of the damage prior to collection so that they could source replacement parts etc, the repairs took just under 2 weeks and they have done an excellent job, my only disappointment was that the repairs didn't take longer as I was rather taken with the replacement car :-)

My experience was excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend Fix Auto if you are in the position of needing your car repaired.

From start to finish, FX Auto have been immaculate in their dealings with me. I was kept informed by Jackie on reception, at all times of the progress of the repairs and the vehicle was returned promptly by cheerful drivers.

Jackie at Fix Auto Chelmsford was nothing but friendly and helpful from the very beginning! She made sure my car was collected and dropped back as a priority so I didn’t have to take time off work and kept me updated along the way.
The repair is brilliant and I’m pretty sure it looks better than it did when it was new.

My experience was great. My courtesy car arrived on the date and time I said I needed it by which was really good as I needed to go to work that day.
My car was finished and ready after 4 days! The service was fast the staff were lovely. They also cleaned inside and out of my car which made me really happy!

Fix auto at Chelmsford have been very helpful. They arranged an employee to pick up my car from clacton, who was very friendly and courteous, and then returnd it the following day repaired and looking better inside and out than it has for a long time. Thanks to the car valeter as well. Thankyou for the way you dealt with my initial enquiry and thankyou to the Reception staff for keeping me up to date with everything. First class service.

I’ve had motorcycles and cars painted and vinyl’d for over 35 years, the Team at Fix Auto have just finished painting one of our VW Campervans (Stour Valley Campers Limited), the finish is absolutely perfect, standard of work immense and the service from beginning to end, seamless and amazing. Took my car to Tim at fix auto as my black spoiler had fallen off he popped it back on for me within 10 minutes.
Stressful day had but great staff helped me out massively. Much appreciated will always take my car here Thankyou guys.
