Absolutely great service very polite customer service very helpful and excellent second time i have used them

This was the first time I needed the services of a body shop, and with Fix Auto I was not disappointed. The quality of the repair is exceptional, and the overall service I received from initial contact to delivery was very good.

Simon the engineer was always very helpful whenever I telephoned for updates. The gentleman that picked my car up on the recovery vehicle was very very helpful, polite and informative , thank you x

My first contact with Fix Auto UK was with a charming lady called Megan who put me at my ease whilst I was trying to explain about the damage to my car. After an exchange of Emails- pictures and explanations my car was collected and I was given a curtesy car by a smartly dressed young man. My dealings with this company was amazing and informative though the work of Megan and Emma. Thank you for both of them. My car was returned in showroom condition by another two jovial gentlemen. All the work was done to an amazing standard and I am well pleased. Thank you all for your standard of work and care .

My BMW was taken to Fix Auto for accident repair. After the assessment it was decided that it was not economical to repair and I decided to have the car back as it was. When I took the car home I realized that the PDC was not working. This was not affected by the accident and was working before the car went to Fix Auto. I guess it must have been disconnected during the assessment.
I hope after this feedback I get a call to take the car back and have it reconnected.
Apart from this I found the staff very friendly and communicative.

After reading the reply from Fix Auto below, I think it is unfair for them not to return my car in the condition they received it. I rely heavily on my car and have a busy schedule. With the superficial damage caused I may decide to keep the car as it is, therefore very respectfully request that Fix Auto to reconnect my PDC which is not going to going to take long for a professional establishment like and can be done while I wait. Thank you.

Beautiful job done on our car after a recent accident. Kept us informed of progress at all times. Lovely young man who delivered our car back to us. Couldn't fault him and he was so respectful.

First of all they arranged for my car to be collected and supplied me with a courtesy car. There was good communication before my bumper repair and the repair was excellent.

All parts were removed, renewed and sprayed. The alignment was perfect, the colour match was perfect and on top of that, it was fully valeted inside and out

- it looked like a new car again !

Professional staff throughout my journey

My accident was on 31/01/2022 and repair was booked for 26/04/2022. Almost 3 months for a repair is not a great wait time. Other than that the repair was performed excellently and in only 5 working days.

My main problem was the courtesy car. I was told the car should be a like for like car but what I was given matched in only year of production. No sat nav, no electronic key, no LCD screen, no Bluetooth, no steering controls etc etc. It was a 2016 hyandai i10 that had less in way of extras than many cars made before 2010. It was a purely no thrills car.

When told to take pictures of any damage to the car on arrival I might as well of taken a video because the car was in a condition close to needed to be booked into its own repair centre. Broken side mirror, damaged hubcaps, dents, scrapes and scratches on every panel. The guy who dropped it off almost looked embarrassed to give me the car and take mine.

The window wipers were so old they only smeared the rain making it so I had to pull over when it rained through fear of crashing.
When I informed them that the blades are useless I got the response "we hear that alot".

To say that putting the car into reverse was problematic is an understatement. It sometimes took upto 5 attempts just to get the car to reverse and sometimes it took alot of strength to force the car into reverse.
When i informed them of this I was told they would "look into it".

All in all the repairs are amazing but I would highly recommend borrowing a car or even taking up cycling than to use one of their courtesy cars. It would be safer
