They did what they said they would do and at the time they said it would be done and communicated throughout the process.

Fix Auto were very professional and friendly from the word go, the damaged car was collected on time and returned on schedule, the work done was first class. I was more than happy with all aspects of my involvement with Fix Auto.

Took my vehicle in for bodywork repairs and from start to finish Fix Auto were absolutely exceptional to deal with. All the team were cheerful and helpful. Mainly I dealt with Kayleigh whose customer service was beyond excellent keeping me up to date with timescales etc. I really cant see anyway of improving the service and would absolutely recommend

Very accommodating as far as booking in was concerned , Kayleigh on reception was the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness, just as accommodating at pick up time.

Car was picked up from home address was repaired to a very high standard within four days and was then brought back absolutely brilliant service from this company

Amazing service, dropped off at 8am with a scratch down the side of my car. Picked it up at lunch, scratch completely removed and no need for a re-spray, even hoovered and cleaned my car for me! Thank you so much☺️
