I had numerous bodywork work completed on a 4 year old Mercedes. From the moment the appointment was made, Rebecca and the team kept me informed of prices, progress as well sorting out a hire car at a minutes notice. Mo, the estimator called, showed great patience and talked me through the works required as well as the likely cost. Finally when I picked up, i was shown around the car, all the work was pointed out and explained. Needless to say, with a 5 star rating the workmanship matched the customer service, with a valet inside and out of the vehicle.

I will not be going anywhere else in the future, I have no hesitation in recommending

This is the second time I have had my car fixed by Autofix Northampton and both times I had outstanding service in particular from Rebecca who was very pleasant to talk to and updated me regularly. On the second occasion I had problems not with Autofix but Motability who I lease my car from. I contacted Rebecca to see when my car would be ready as the hire car I had been provided with by Motability had a problem with it and I was getting pushed back and forth trying to sort it out. I am also very ill right now and found it difficult to do keep calling motability. Rebecca was genuinely annoyed I was in this position and offered to call them herself. I was so relieved and after one call from Rebecca Motability suddenly called to say everything was resolved. This was going above and beyond her duties and I appreciate how kind and caring Rebecca was and very professional. Autofix Daventry should be very proud of her, She is a real asset to them. Thankyou very much for all your help!

I had my Audi fixed here after a minor but damaging collision. I found them extremely helpful. The work they done was top class, to which I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you very much FixAuto Daventry! 😊

I had an accident in my Vauxhall Astra and found that the bus whose side I'd clipped was more solid than I thought possible. My insurance company arranged for my car to be collected by Fix Auto of Daventry and they arrived to take my invalid car to be healed. I'd already spoken to Donna with regard to having a courtesy car while my car was away and was told they would do their best to source an automatic as my wife can only drive them, having passed her driving test in one. We share the driving now as I am classified as disabled. No autos were available and Donna told me as soon as one was, she would arrange for it to be brought to me. When the the men arrived to take my car away, I asked them to arrange for a manual car to be brought to me asap as I had doctors and hospital appointments to attend and was in dire need of a vehicle. I think the third man that was here was the manager of the Daventry branch. I think they must have all taken pity on me as Donna phoned and told me that an auto had been sourced in Stratford upon Avon. In all the phone calls back and forth to Daventry, both Donna and Rebecca were helpful beyond all my expectations. Understanding and empathetic. I was kept informed all the way through as to the my car's progress. I received it back far sooner than the projected estimate of time to repair it. The repair was excellent. Good workmanship and I believe that these are people who care about their customers and their business. Thank you. Joe Parker
