Fix auto were great at diagnosing the problem, identifying work that needed to be done and kept me updated along the way with online check ins and phone calls. The mechanic who dropped my vehicle off was very approachable and went out of his way to make sure my car was 100% before handing over.

We're sorry the courtesy car's age and condition impacted your experience. Regrettably most insurers do not offer us any reward for providing yourselves with a replacement vehicle. We do have a rolling stock of courtesy cars. However on this occasion you were offered one of our older, but serviced and maintained vehicles.
