I couldn't be more satisfied with the service which I received from Fix Auto (Pattersons) in Felixstowe. The repairs to my car should have been relatively straightforward. However, it was beset with problems.
First, there were delays in obtaining all necessary parts from Germany. Then, further damage was discovered. The car was put back together to enable me to use it whilst I waited for further new parts. All work was completed and everything was thought to be complete. I was well pleased.
Then, some months later, it was discovered that there had been internal electrical damage to the retractable tow ball and I made a further claim to the insurers, who adamantly refused to accept that the damage was likely to have been caused by the accident.
Fix Auto provided a first class analysis by way of report and eventually, after some weeks of further prevarication, the insurers were reluctantly persuaded to agree to the further work. I have no doubt whatsoever that the professional report from Fix Auto (provided at no cost to me) was a major factor in obtaining this outcome.
Throughout this saga, which lasted over a year, Fix Auto have gone above and beyond what I could reasonably ask, providing a nice courtesy car on all three occasions and even returning my car at the end, to my home, 30 miles away.
In addition, the standard of the work is outstanding.
I cannot recommend Keith, and his team, highly enough!

The entire process of getting my car repaired was simple and hassle free. From initial contact, to agreeing a date for repair, to car collection and return, all staff at the Felixstowe location were pleasant, helpful and professional. The repair was excellent and my car was returned polished and gleaming with the inside fully valeted. Well done guys!

Just got my Mini back after being repaired. Fantastic customer focused system, car picked and delivered back, without leaving my home. Quick and really excellent job done, everyone I met and spoke to were really helpful and knowledgeable and they all went the extra mile to help and advise. The actual job, when I received the car back, appears excellent. However, the car was collected on 22nd November but not returned until Thursday the 9th December. I would not have minded if I had been told that in advance or along the way. However, when I rang on 26th November for an estimate of when it would be back I was told "probably early next week". When I had heard nothing further by the next Friday (3rd December) I was again told exactly the same thing. Thursday is not early in the week. It would have been much better if I had not been given wildly over-optimistic estimates of when it would be returned.

We would like to thank Fix Auto for the excellent repair they carried out to our Discovery Sport after someone reversed into it 2 days before we were due to trade it in. Sam was particularly helpful in arranging to carry out the repairs very quickly to ensure we could collect our new vehicle in a matter of days. The finished result is excellent, you would never know there had been any damage. We previously had a similar issue with a Mazda MX5 and once more the service we received was brilliant. Thanks guys for all your help.

Excellent!!!! Car was repaired much quicker than expected. Customer service was brilliant. Car was collected and delivered back along with the courtesy car too. Cannot fault them whatsoever and will definitely use them again (in a nice way I hope I don’t need to!!) they even gave the car a good clean inside and out!
