The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time. They could not provide a courtesy car with automatic gear when the vehicle was with them. The insurance company also couldn't arrange one. So, had to pay out of our pocket for travel.
The return of the vehicle after the repairs was arranged by the Dagenham branch but, that was not picked up by the system in the Hainault branch where the repairs were done. So, the intervening weekend delayed the return by another 2 days.
I'm quite happy with the quality of the work done by Fix Auto and so I am not expecting any further problems with the vehicle.

To give a vehicle back with clear water drips visible, is v poor . I wouldn’t have expected a valet on the vehicle , but for goodness sake leather the car after washing??

Overall, the work was done to a good standard and I’m pleased with the result. My only concern is that the time taken was quite long. I understand there may have been a delay due to a shortage of parts from the manufacturer, but it wasn’t clear whether the delay was caused by the manufacturer supplying the materials or by Fix Auto.

The service and Repair was good. My one negative would be the courtesy car was a fiat 500 very small. Other than that very good.

Car went in 2nd time for rectification work, shoddy work bumper clips hanging out and plastic holds broken no advisory given by garage its a damn joke of a company.

Thay reply on here to say thay are sorry yet no offer to correct what thay have broken.
Please keep away from this company don't know how thay become so big in the 1st place

I have to commend Dan Hutchinson for his impeccable services, I had a problem and he was very polite, patient and very sympathetic and understanding to my problem and needs, he is a real credit to the company, my problem was resolved with courtesy, respect and to a high standard, thankyou .

My car had a fire damage but the parts were not available they kept me in loop by informing me the status ever week and when parts were available I was able to drop my car and the fix were done quickly without any issue

Workmanship excellent. Good Customer Service. Kept me updated on progress throughout. Especially impressed with young man who dealt with the handover of car.

Car went in as a result of being side swiped by a foreign lorry on m25 ...insurance job and this was the garage nominated by my insurance company. Very nervous using a garage i knew nothing about.. needn't have been.
Mimi was superb in keeping me updated as was Daniel who dealt with me when i took the car in . Everything was explained clearly and
questions no matter how silly were
answered.
When i picked the car up Daniel took his time to let me check the car over and go through exactly what had been done. Superb job.
Then about a week later Mimi called to check all ok and to say if any problems did occur to get in touch
immediately.

Customer service was excellent from the first contact to the last. We were kept informed throughout with regular updates. I’d specifically mention the man on the reception desk who dealt with receiving and returning our car and the handover of the courtesy car. He was helpful, polite and professional throughout. Altogether a first class experience.

I was met with a pleasant gentleman called Dave when taking the car for an estimate.

Dave was very helpful gave a great pleasant experience and advised that as the insurance company was Admiral, they wouldn't been needing approval from them and could self Approved.

I was then contacted 2 days later to book the car in the following week.

I dropped the car off and on the same week, I was given a call on timescales and advised I would get a call the following Thursday with an update.

I was called on Thursday advising the parts had arrived and should be ready by the 16th of December.

However I was called Monday the 8th of December that the car was ready to collect.

I collected the car on the 9th of December the handover was smooth and efficient.

The level of service was exceptional and the contact was great.

I recently took my car to Fix Auto Hainault for repairs, and the service I received was exceptional. Daniel was amazing—efficient, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He arranged the booking promptly, and within just over a week my car was returned in showroom condition.
