I recently was involved in a car accident and given Fix auto by my insurance company to carry out the repairs, they arranged for my car to picked up from my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and reliable. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done.
The repair work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—something you don’t always find these days.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy garage that delivers quality service at a fair price, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be returning for future servicing and repairs.

All of the works have been completed to a high standard, with a fair turnaround time. I really want to give a heartfelt thanks to everyone at fix auto Hoddesdon, you couldn’t have done more - a rubbish situation was made that little bit better thanks to all of you.

engine management light is on
Firstly, I was very pleased that FixAuto worked to return my car at lunchtime on 24th Dec. As I was going away 31st dec and they were shut from lunchtime 24th to 5th Jan.
Unfortunately there are 3 faults with the car: the engine management light is on, the bonnet does not line up horizontally at the front edges and some of the bodywork creaks when moving off or going over bumps.
All these need fixing after 5th Jan

Really friendly and efficient!! Excellent communication, Picked my car up, had it two days then bought it back, fitted and resprayed the rear bumper absolute perfect job also cleaned it!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish, going above and beyond.
Rob and his team are so friendly and helpful, taking the stress away from my accident.
A courtesy car was delivered quickly, so I didn't have to worry about getting into work.
When my car was delivered back by Ian, it looked like a brand new car.
