Amazing service! Everyone was so friendly and professional I can’t recommend this garage enough. If I ever need anything undertaking on my car again I won’t take it anywhere else

Everything explained and work agreed with me beforehand. All staff polite and courteous. Good courtesy car provided. Work shown what had been completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone having any work done on their car. My car had been cleaned both inside and outside. The young lad who assisted me when I dropped my car off and picked it up has excellent people skills when dealing with customers.

The first contact at the centre was a very warm welcome from Daren. Checking the car over he was very helpful.

Excellent Service
After a mishap to the front end of the car my insurance company informed me to take my car to Fix car repairs at Keighley. The staff were very professional and helpful.
The car was returned after a week repaired , I was impressed with the quality of the repair. The car had also been given a full valeted which was a bonus .

I had a paint repair done on the side and front of my vehicle. The communication was very good. I had a very nice courtesy car while mine was being repaired.When the work was completed Fix had done a good job,I was very pleased with the result. Good customer service 👍

Had my accident in November 23. While my vehicle was in the workshop I had a courtesy car. There was absolutely no problem with this. From the moment they took my vehicle away I have had to chase them for any information about what was happening. When they returned my vehicle I immediately informed them that the vehicle wasn’t right. It had not been fully repaired. After days of chasing to speak with someone they agreed to take the vehicle back and make an assessment what I was saying. They returned it saying they could find no fault. Since then they will not respond to my correspondence.
I have the main dealers confirmation that all the necessary repairs following my accident have not been carried out. In fact they have said if I continue to drive my vehicle i will cause irreparable damage to the engine. Since my vehicle was returned I have been emailed and received telephone calls requesting me to leave a review. I have resisted leaving any feedback believing that they would resolve my complaint. But two months on without any communication leaves a feeling of a very bad experience. One star is far too many for this company. I am sure that this will not be found on the web site as a review.

The company provided a courtesy car when they collected mine from home.
One week later they called to say my repair was complete.
When I reviewed the work I was most impressed - top quality finish.

Excellent customer service contacted me for a date to have my car taken to Fix Auto. Rang me prior to picking up car, all work carried out to a high standard. Contacted me to arrange a date and time to deliver my car. The same man picked up and dropped off my car was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend using Fix Auto Keighley.
