Brilliant company, they picked up and dropped my car from outside my house so I didn't gave to take it to them.
The repairs have been done well and looks great. I believe that they have even tightened some things up as it doesn't rattle anymore and drives alot smoother. I'm pretty sure the interia was cleaner after than it was before so I couldn't be happier x

When my car was returned it had 2 warning lights on and the rear passenger door was scuffed
I was told it’s a service light just turn it off as they wouldn’t
Then then looked into it and it was tyre detection system fault They state it was due to the tyres not being the same size however wasn’t on before accident only after when they replaced The fact I was spoke to rudely and told just to turn the light off was also not good
The scuff apparently as it was only a missed polish Again very strange when I was told it was a new door
Even after my complaint they rectified ( even though they said nothing to sort) my car was dropped off a 2nd time looking good but he then had to make another dig about the tyres being wrong and calling another garage
If your car is in with this company back check it
Very poor customer service by one person when it was a stressful times

My BMW had deep scratches from the rear light all the way along the car to the front headlight and across the bonnet. Under my insurance policy, Fix auto arranged collection of my vehicle and delivered a courtesy car until my own BMW was repaired. Nick kept me updated of what was happening (he even phoned me before he set off to make sure that I would be at home for collection of my vehicle). I was surprised that the repair took only a couple of days.
When I went to collect my car I was amazed! What a fantastic job! I am impressed.

I dropped my BMW X1 off at this garage for repair,as an Amazon driver had hit it whilst it was parked.The communication via email was very professional n clear.Nick whom I left my car with was very polite n gave me his card,incase I needed to contact him.The garage fixed my car to a very high standard n it was cleaned inside n out before I picked it up.This was very nice of them as I didn't expect it.Thanks to all the team.

Mark What can I say that everyone else has said good about this garage but they have done a fantastic job on the front off my peugeot 208 they where very helpful and the communication was excellent i can't fault them in anyway but to say thank you.

Collected my car today and was very impressed with the quality of service. It’s like the dents and scrapes were never there. All the staff were extremity polite and friendly. Blake, in particular, went above and beyond, even giving me a lift to collect the hire car. I was kept well informed of the progress at every stage, and so would recommend Fix Autos at Leeds south.

Car was delivered back by a very nice and friendly young lady, I would recommend this company to anybody as the finish on the car was excellent 10/10. Valeted and spotless. Would recommend to anybody, thank you so much! I will be contacting my insurance company too to let them know how satisfied I am with the service I have received.

Fix Auto Leeds South Repaired our car following an accident on the 30th March 2024. The car was returned in excellent condition. We found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable and easy to contact. We highly recommend all the staff with whom we had contact and those who did such a great job on the car.

They were quick to complete the repair as it was a bank holiday. The paint work is excellent match.

My only complaint is I would have liked a phone call to say my car was on its way back to me, not get one when it was outside my home.

The communication was very poor from this company. Was told my pick up date and waited in all day. I then had to phone myself to remind them. Policy states company will contact 1 hour before collection. Courtesy car arrived 40 minutes later. Return of my car I was given 20 minutes before it arrived. Also the fuel in my car was not topped up so basically I had to pay for travelling costs for my car to be taken to and from repair shop.
