Very happy with the repair service and communication I received from Fix Auto Lichfield. All staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Work was completed to a high standard and I would definitely recommend for vehicle repairs based on my experience.

Unfortunately was involved in a accident but the guys/gals at fix auto have been amazing and understanding with weekly updates on our repairs and an amazing final finish 100% recommend thanks again fix auto

Excellent service from Katie & Kate, both really helpful and ensured the repair to my defender was carried out to the highest standard. They completed the repair quickly, kept me updated on the progress via email and even cleaned and polished my car afterwards, would highly recommend them if you need your car repairing

It ia always a traumatic experience when you are involved in an accident. The process of having repairs to your car can be very difficult, not with this company.
I was received by staff who were truly customer focused and went that extra mile to ensure that I would be free from worry. This also applied to the mechanics to executed a repair which I must say was first class. They explained during the handover exactly what had been repaired and returned my car in pristine condition.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company as the staff from the front office to the garage mechanics were truly customer focused.
