An amazing service and experience, special mention to Phil and Steve, for amazing customer care and detailed, frequent updates. Car came back cleaned and polished and exactly as found. Wonderful customer care from start to finish. Par excellence!
After initial contact with Ian at customer services at Corkhill's Hyundai in Northwich I was referred to Fix Auto Mid Cheshire.
I made contact with Steve and an appointment was arranged where Phil Chesworth and his team assessed damage to rear off-side door panel.
From then on in, I was very well looked after. Communication was brilliant throughout and Phil kept me upto date with progress and the likely finish date for me to pick up my car.
Several things struck me about this company. Attention to detail, entirely customer focused, work of a very high standard,unfailingly polite and courteous at all times.
Nothing was too much trouble.
I would have no hestitation in recommending Phil and his team if anybody needs a thorough and very professional job done.

I have been driving over 30 years and never had an accident. So when someone hit me I didn’t have a clue ? . But what an amazing company . They took all the worry out of my claim.. from start to finish they have looked after me and kepted me updated with my car.. the repair has been carried out with true professional skill in all departments.. thank you Steve and team much appreciated for Everythink you done for me ..

Fabulous repair
Fabulous repair, car looks good as new. The team were communicating throughout the process and helped make sure we got where we needed to be for our hire car. We went out of our way to use this garage - but well worth it.

Fantastic Customer Service
A fantastic experience from the team, lead by Phil with Steve that made a difference for us after a road traffic incident, they took ownership to sort and were better than the insurers for great communication and updates. I can't rate these guys highly enough
I can't rate these guys highly enough. I had someone reverse into me at a junction while stationary and the next day my car was in with them to replace the bumper. A special mention goes to Phil who kept me in the loop at all times. Communication was excellent via whatsapp and the repair is top class.

The whole process was explained clearly and was stress free. The quality of work was excellent and carried out within the agreed timeframe. Communication was simple and effective.
