First class service from Fix Auto with the repairs to my Kia EV6

Excellent service from start to finish. Clear communication, very good bodywork finished on car and reasonable prices.

I dropped off my vehicle and was told repairs would take 10 to 12 working days in reality it took 18 days. The day finally arrived to pick up my vehicle and there was a leak that was soaking the head lining.
Left the vehicle to be sorted which took another two days. Being Christmas i didn't need to use the vehicle so left it parked up out side the house only to discover that when I used the vehicle for work the screen washers were not connected. So had to take the vehicle back again and waited for them to reconnect the washers. The actual repairs look pretty good and staff very friendly.

Friendly and efficient team and car now good as new. I particularly appreciated the updates as the repair was progressing. Unfortunately my positive experience was spoilt by the failure of someone to fit an indicator bulb in the new rear light assembly. I had to sort that out myself.

Vehicle off the road for a month which coincided with the busy Christmas holiday period. Replacement vehicle was essential and very welcome. Staff Shannon, Gabby and Nicola were courteous, friendly and kept me informed of progress and repair to the vehicle at key stages. Couldn’t fault the repair to the vehicle and the finish. Top drawer and grateful.

I’m extremely impressed with the service and work done on my vehicle. Nicola and Shannon kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle, and the repair was completed in just over a week. They even cleaned my car before I picked it up. Excellent work—keep it up! I highly recommend them.

Recently had work completed by Fix Auto Newport. This was insurance work to extensive front end damage to a metallic black Skoda Superb Sportline.
I have to admit I am very OCD about my car and spend a lot of time detailing it and keeping it in great condition. As such I was concerned about how good the repair work would be.
Once the car went in to Fix Auto the communication was great from Sian and Nicola and I was provided with a courtesy vehicle (delivered) by them (Auto Fix).
I was kept up to date with progress of the work regularly which was good. When the work was completed I was contacted and went to collect the vehicle. To be honest with my level of OCD and expectation of standard of workmanship couple with experience in paint finishing I was anticipating I would find issues.
On examination everything appeared good but it had started to rain so I let them know I couldn't assess the paint quality and match properly owing to this, I was assured that if there were any issues they would be addressed. All panel gaps and alignment were good however. A couple of days later and in good weather I was able to clean the car and check it over properly and have to say I was impressed with the paint. Excellent finish, match (not easy with black metalic) and blend. I have to say well done to them on it, excellent work.
I would definitely recommend this company

BULLIES! Tried to intimidate a young female into buying an overpriced tyre and held her car to ransom!

While all the staff were very helpful and polite, the quality of repairs to a rear-end bump was initially woefully poor.
The bumper was a different shade to the rest of the car, with no attempt made to blend it in.
When this was put right (quarter panels finally blended in) and I picked it up, I discovered the rear parking sensors didn't work - so they had to be replaced.
In all, the repairs took six weeks, for something that could have taken three. There's a lifetime warranty on them, but it would be much better for the garage to check their work, as if it was their own car, and get things right first time.
I'm sure these mistakes aren't deliberate, and as I say, everyone was really polite and helpful. I don't know whether they're overworked, or whether Admiral aren't paying them enough for the repairs.
(I was a third-party after an Admiral customer bumped into me; I stupidly agreed to let Admiral handle everything - BIG mistake.) - I would strongly advise others to enlist their own insurance, and then choose their own garage.

Fix auto have been nothing short of exceptional. My car was taken in and due to some confusion it was going to take longer than I thought. I didn’t book a courtesy car but the wonderful Lisa managed to sort this out for me! Lisa went above and beyond to help me and was just so lovely and amazing - I was able to get to work because of her! Absolute brilliant work - my car is perfect again and a nice surprise with the inside being hoovered. Thankyou for everything - amazing! (Especially Lisa!) x

Excellent service and peace of mind.
I had scratched and dented car on a cement post and the work completeted is of a high standard.
Each step of the way I was contacted and updated.
Plus I was given a courtesy car whilst my car was in. The car was clean and essential for my job.
On collection of my car it fet like a brand new car. The paintwork was fantastic and the whole car was clean both inside and out.
