Just what you need .very good all round service. I'll give them five stars many thanks from a well pleased customer.

I was kept up to date on progress of my repair & the team handled additional work not related to accident damage.

The team booked my car in as soon as they could. Updates were made throughout, the gentlemen who delivered both my courtesy car and my repaired car were friendly and polite. The work done on my car was superb, excellent quality and would highly recommend.

Had some bodywork repaired under insurance. In addition I also requested they undertake some additional work which they happily undertook after providing a quote. Nice friendly communication throughout the repair with the vehicle being picked up and dropped off from my house on agreed days. The work looks good and covered under warranty, over all really good hassle free service- what more could you want😁

Overall, my experience was great. Fix Auto's took my car for the repair and provided me with a courtesy car (although the vehicle was clean it did have a smell of vomit). The team where absolutely hands down fantastic and even after the repairs where done they helped out with an issue with the brake light. Fix Auto and the team are wonderful and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Unfortunately I seemed to get lost in the system and was overlloked until I chased it up. Having said this the service from collection of my car to it being returned was excellent. I was kept updated with what was happening and when my car was delivered back to me the standard of the valeting was fantastic. If I hadn't have been overlooked this would have been a 5 star review.

My car was collected from home and courtesy car provided. Courtesy car was fully fuelled and very new and clean condition. Team updated by text likely completion date, this was accurate. Team contacted to advise likely delivery time again accurate. Delivery driver very reassuring, easy to communicate with and instilled confidence with handing over my car. All work completed. My car was valeted and washed when delivered. Very happy with the excellent service.

Telephone experience fab,very informative and helpful.explained everything went above and beyond! The courtesy car questioned my love of vauxhalls!!car returned looking brand new and soooo clean!great job guys

Initially it was a bit rocky as they couldn't arrange the right courtesy car for us, and it took around two to three weeks to organise. However once that was sorted the repair was remarkable and the service was really good.
All the way through James and the team were very courteous and did their best to help make the process as smooth as possible.

From taking my car and and giving me a courtesy car to bringing it back total first class service.
Kept me informed throughout the repair on what was going on and the when completed our car looked better when I bought it..really pleased.. brilliant...thank you Jamie and staff and courtesy driver's.very much appreciated.

put car in for MOT and engine issue repair
they sorted out engine issue that had defeated other garages and myself, car finally runs well for first time in year. price was good , staff were easy to talk to and knowledgable. I will be returning to them in the future

From the time our car was put in their care we were kept informed daily on progress.The repair was excellent and a small pot of touch-up paint was included.All the staff were friendly and helpful and the courtesy car a very nice toyota

My Car was picked up at a time that suited me. The gentleman who delivered my courtesy car was very polite and helpful . He explained details of the car as it was a different make to mine . My car was taken on tuesday 9th april 2024 and delivered back to me on monday 15th April all repaired First class treatment all round thank you Fix Auto UK
