My Excellent Experience with Fix Auto and Admiral.
I drove to Pershore for my 11.00a.m. appointment on Tuesday 1st April 2025 for my Car Examination that was arranged in consultation with Admiral Car Insurance Company.I was really pleased when Fix Auto employee said "leave the car with us and we will commence the repair today.It will be 3/4 days.A Young lad then drove us to Broad Street,Pershore where we intended to have lunch.As we are retired we could have lunch and then commute back to Droitwich Spa where we live on our Free Bus Pass.On the Friday morning 4th April we had the phone call to say that our Car was ready and it would be delivered back to our home immediately.When the Car pulled up at our home 20 minutes later I could not believe my eyes.My car looked as if it had come from New Car showroom.Cleaned.Polished and valetted.What a
Brilliant Service.We would highly recommend Fix Auto.I was offered a courtesy Car but declined it because I had my Free Bus Pass and I enjoy looking at all the Blossom in a delightfull Spring Day.Well Done to all the staff for their politeness and Efficentsy.

Fix Auto were fantastic
Insurance companies very often get a bad rep but a huge shout out to Admiral for their phenomenal claims handling.
Unfortunately my car was pretty badly vandalised on NYE (only two weeks old!!) and the police weren’t able to assist 🙄. I logged a claim with Admiral on New Years Day and was contacted 12 hours later. Their representative was very understanding and helpful and confirmed I’d hear from my local bodywork repair company by the next day. Fix Auto Pershore called me 10 minutes later and booked my car in for repair for 8am the following day! I was given a comparable courtesy car (not a really old & tiny car!) which was a nice surprise and 5 days later, everything is sorted! Cannot fault the service by either companies and I’m so grateful my car is good as new again! ✨

Really great service - kept me informed
The team were fab. They kept me informed on the progress of the repair on a regular basis - meaning I didn't have to worry and was clear on when the car would be done. They also managed to provide me with an automatic courtesy car which made a real difference. The team were really friendly and helpful and made a difficult time much easier.

Booked my car in for repair quickly. Fix Auto Agreed with me what parts were needed and which sections of the car’s body needed repairing. The whole process was quick and I was always informed with updates by the garage. The cost was competitive. Friendly and helpful staff.
