I sent my car to fix auto regarding two accident that involved my car. The overall finish of my car was amazing and could not fault the work that they had done. But on the other hand this work took over three months to complete and communication lacked. I got short simple text message updates whereas in the beginning I got phone calls explaining what was happening. I had three courtesy cars during the repair. The second car I was given to use was barley road legal and had not been maintained or cleaned. The final car I had. I had to put air into the tyres, fill up an empty radiator bottle and also screen wash. The service was overdue by 6000 miles.

Good repair although it took longer than I was originally told. Collection of the car and delivery back to my home by the company was very helpful.

There was some delay in getting my car repaired. This is not the fault of the repairer, it was just a perfect storm of lots of jobs coming in at the same time.
I am really impressed with the overall service offered by Fix Auto. They kept me informed at every stage of the repair , even whilst I was waiting for the repair to start.

The vehicle was inspected , and repair arranged. A decent courtesy car was delivered to my home , my car was picked up and sent off for repair.

A couple of days later I had the call to say the car was ready ,I was given the option of picking up myself , or they would have delivered it back to my home.
I returned the courtesy card and collected my car.

No fuss , everything was ready for me to collect at the time we had agreed.

We inspected the work , and you couldn't tell that the car had been damaged at all.

Paper work signed , and off I went.

I am really impressed by this company , as they seems to genuinely care about the customer , and offered decent service.
I have already spoke to them about having additional work done , as I am now very sure that they will do a professional job.

I’m very pleased with the work they carried out on my car. They kept me informed all the way and, bearing in mind the shortages of parts at the moment, it came back to me within two weeks. Excellent service with a smile

It’s took a bit of time to sort out having trying to track down a Nissan wing mirror it hasn’t helped that Covid is around but they managed to get one eventually and got the job done it arrived late yesterday but it was quite dark by this time but light from our house I was able to see they had done a nice job will look again today great full to have it back not to happy with the insurance company and will be speaking to them happy with the garage

Good communication from start to finish and an excellent quality repair! Can't ask for anything else. Some delays due to parts availability but kept advised at all times of any delays. Highly recommended for any bodywork repairs.

The vehicle was returned in excellent condition however the feed back from staff about progress and delivery was very poor

General lack of communication on the receptionists part. I frequently rang to ask when they would be returning car.
Didn't seem to know what was happening but equally didn't ring me back to let me know.
Drivers very good but no indication that they were returning car.
Also insurance assessor turned up without ringing priorly.
I also asked for a quote for other work to be carried out while doing repair but had no call again. General lack of communication all round. Disappointing.

Initially they provided me with a courtesy car with a bald tyre. They didn't inform me they wouldn't be returning my car when promised. The work performed was fine.

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The repair to my Ford Fiesta was excellent and they kept me informed of the progress from start to finish.

Car was returned fix but it lost the wheels alignment....

Did an excellent job on the repair and presented the car back in showroom condition, outside and inside.
They took the time to explain would they had done and found them easy to deal with.

Long and short - my car was collected, it was fixed, it was amazingly cleaned (really well cleaned!) and returned.
Only haven't give 5 stars because I had to call to book it in after the first date offered wasn't suitable. The car was needed for a relatively easy job (change of a running board) for 3 days!? Collection day - no one called we waited we had no confirmation of times etc but we were told just after 9 - I called to check at 10 and it was collected shortly afterwards. When the car was expected to be returned, again no communication, I had to chase to see what was happening. When I called the people who I spoke to were beautiful, helpful, articulate, kind and patient, only ruined by the fact that it was customer led not Fix Auto led.
My feedback therefore is more proactive communication would give you solid 5 stars in my opinion - thank you so much
