Very good job done in fixing the front of my car

Really good job staff very friendly but found there was no communication

Had my car fixed through an insurance claim. Took ages to get the car booked in with the garage then when it was fixed the wheel rim was glued on and not clipped on. Going through the insurance company to get this addressed but Fix Now keep fobbing them off. Don’t use this garage if you don’t need to

From start to finish I cannot fault them. The service was really good, my car came in on Tuesday 3rd Jan 23 and collected it today (Thursday). It was done very efficiently, and the work that was done I’m speechless it was very good. Will recommend to anyone. I will definitely use again.

The team were lovely and very helpful, the car looks amazing and they kindly valeted my car as well.

Took over 6 weeks to repair my vehicle, was informed twice the car would be ready during this time only to be told later additional parts were required.
Vehicle returned with wrong style of number plate, however fix auto have said they will source the correct type and advise.
Office staff were always polite and curtious on the phone.

My commercial van was repaired here. Van was just a year old and the bodywork repairs were faultless.
Ruth was good with comms. Guys in the workshop who did the repairs obviously know what they're doing as you can't tell its been repaired.
Having suffered a hand injury whilst the van was there I couldn't pick it up so they kindly dropped it back to me in Southampton on time.
So pleased I'm hopefully having a minor ding repaired outside of insurance scope.
It'd be pointless me adding images as it just looks like a new van again.

Found all staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hire car I was given wasn't road worthy. 3 illegal tires, car fan only worked on full speed. Ignition key was faulty. The car tires were changed straight away after reporting the problem, however I'm very disappointed a hire car was sent out in that condition. The repair work on my vehicle was good and done in a timely manner.

Rob has kept me informed throughout the process of getting my back fixed. Great customer service.

Delivered courtesy car and collected my damaged car at the date and time specified. Did an excellent repair job on the damaged bodywork and returned it to my home one week later exactly as specified. Very efficient.

Terrible work. Had work done through insurance and the work was terrible. Nothings lined up properly, headlight has a black spot in it just like it did when it was hit. There’s now a knocking noise coming from the front of my car that wasn’t there before. Wouldn’t recommend these to anyone. They even had the car for two weeks.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
Our van was sent to these cowboys for a Non Fault accident repair. The first repair it was noticed immediately that nothing lined up on the vehicle, so it was sent back to be repaired correctly. We waited weeks for the 2nd repair and had hopes that this time it would be done correctly. I have just received a call from the engineer who advised that they have 'Done their best for the repairs' but it still doesn't line up. I was then met with blatant lies from the repairer who told us that it was our fault as we had apparently 'Modified' the vehicle - which as we have owned the vehicle since BRAND new, we knew that no modifications had been undertaken. There had only been a recall from FORD for the door hinges which is the only change to the standard factory built van. Upon asking for the complaints procedure I was advised by Ruth that there isnt one in place and to 'Just send an email'. She wasn't even able to advise me if they are regulated by any Governing Body ie. Motor Ombudsman. I am now expediting my complaint further and hope that this review pre-warns anyone of the poor service and repair standard that I have received from this shambles of a Company.

Quality of the work was good but the job took a long time and the communication of the status could have been bettet

The worst services ever! Got my car here due to accident and insurance company decided to give it to these guys. Story:
Came to pick up my car and bumper wasn't painted fully so i showed them the issue they said they will fix. When time came to pick up the car again guy didn't wanted to bring it back on rac and said it he put's it on rac bumper will fly off... Eventually got my car back with insurance help and insurance RAC but bumper is still missing paint! Reflective light was sprayed with lacquer and much more stuff has been done. My seats were white but when it came back it was black. Adding some pictures of proof of work Please avoid this company or you will get grey hairs in no time! Poor customer service, poor quality job pictures will tell you all.

Also I had to take my car second time and leave to rectify issues made on car but it was standing there for 10 days all covered with bird poo. This is not acceptable and you know that. Seats were black as you did not bother to put any protective cover into my 25k Worth BMW!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Ruth for her great reception skills and Bob for organising and sorting the repair of my vehicle .
This was customer service at its best and really felt confident throughout the process x

My car bodywork was damaged due to falling roof tiles from my Neighbours roof. The response from both my insurance provider and fix Auto in taking the car to their body workshop was swift and very professional. The resulting work that was carried out was professional and to a very high standard. And I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a car body repair. Thank you. Fix Auto.

Service was very good and so was repair.

Courtesy car stank of smoke to the extent I had to buy an air freshener. It had not been hoovered.
