Courtesy car had faults in it van took two weeks to be returned and repairs where not complete money taken in advance dropping of the van was an hour late and had done over 600 miles in my car when it should have 40 ! They were not nice about it staff were unhelpful

The car was immaculate on collection. The only thing was some of the visual settings on the dashboard had been changed and I had to reset them back to what I was used to

From taking my car to be assessed for repair everything went smoothly from collection to return. Slightly more difficult when I needed to contact by telephone. Otherwise excellent service.

The repair itself was great as was collection but on delivery car was left was returned lower on fuel

Comminucation and contact was excellent they kept me i formed of the process and were really friendly and helpful which cant be said for my insurance company. Work was top quality and high standard

My first encounter with Drive Redcar. The workshop manager was very polite and helpful. The repair work is first class however whilst the outside of my vehicle was very good the inside was left with water marks on the inside of the door, floor and sills. I had to wash and vallet the inside when I got home.

Communication was not great - I felt like I had to constantly chase for an update. Drive were unable to deliver back to where the vehicle was collected from as it was out of their area.

Was informed that the company would come to my house and assess the damage. Was waiting at 9 AM for the assessor only to find out they didn't come out to do this (informed the senior managers about this). They do collect cars if they get authorised to do the repair and bring them back to you. No update given on how the repair was progressing. They had the car 11 days for £1600 worth of damage. Saying all this the repair was done to a very high standard as I had it checked by a friend who is in this line of work for many years.

My vehicle was repaired quickly once it had been sent to Fix Auto. The bodyshop technicians took a very pragmatic approach on what was required, carried out skilled work, and the repairs are now invisible.
As the vehicle MOT certification expired during the repair work, I was extremely grateful for the arrangement of a new MOT, which was carried out on-site. I was particularly impressed to see the MOT tester's video, which was sent to me prior to collection.

My car has been shoddily repaired by an insurance company recommended garage. The whole repair work was fantastic by changing parts then someone has decided to badly touch up the alloys instead of refurbing them even the touch up pen is coming off
I cant believe a garage has allowed a car to leave their premises the way it has trying to cut costs for a £4000 repair job by ruining the whole thing by not completing two alloys its disgraceful and i would never recommend taking a car to them. Wish insurance company would have approved my chosen body shop work would have been top standard. Disappointed to say the least

Car picked up by recovery and taken to garage.

When my car was ready it was fully repaired good as new and fully washed outside and valeted inside too.
