To be fair overall very good, long long wait which was annoying and lack of courtesy vehicles but that aside, the work was good, the collection was good and the drop off was good. Just need more capacity to deal with repairs more promptly

After reading positive reviews, I decided to bring my VW ID4 to Fix auto Redhill
Kevin swiftly assessed damage, removed 1 meter long scratch in just 10 minutes!
I was expecting a bigger job and much longer time to get it fixed, Kevin was not only friendly but also helpful and professional , I could not be more grateful!
In future, I will definitely use Fix auto again for similar issues, I highly recommend This firm

Popped in off chance to get quote for small rear bumper scratch. Guy I spoke gave me a indicative quote but as he is taking bookings 6 weeks ahead offered to polish it out as best as possible there and then..no charge..great customer service.

Very good experience.
Our car looks as new and I was informed the whole time.
The only reservation I would have is that it took a few days to sort out the courteousy car.

This was the first time that my car need a repair after a minor accident.
The staffs were helpful during the whole process and I could get my car fixed sooner than my expected.

I cannot fault Fix Auto Redhill. They arranged to pick up my car from home and return it after the work was completed, which went very smoothly. They kept me updated every step of the way. All the people I spoke to, from Reception to mechanics, were most polite and efficient. The work was completed to a high standard, therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Communicated all the way through the process, made simple and stress free. Car came back as good as new after moderate cosmetic damage.

The repairs of accidental damage to my Toyota RAV4 Invincible (including the collection and delivery back to me) were excellently carried out.

The team are excellent, very professional and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. I highly recommend.
Being a female too I was made very welcome, and not intimidated.

Good service.but after repair car was not clean atoll. lots of dust on car in and outside. Even wheel where very dirty. Not happy for cleaning side.

Popped in with a broken wing mirror, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Mirror fixed in a just a few mins.

Taking in my car for repair and picking up my courtesy car was quick, easy and efficient. The same with returning to pick up my mended car. Definitely would recommend this company.
