Excellent service from first contact to return of car after repair. Cant fault any aspect of the insurance claim work at all. Highly recommend Fix Auto at Sutton in Ashfield.

Used this repair centre as it was an approved body shop for my insurance company. The repairs to my vehicle were due to theft damage, first of all the repairs done were to a very good standard which I'm more than happy with. Once my insurance approved my repairs, auto fix did get the vehicle done in a reasonable timeframe, just parts took ages which clearly isn't their fault. I spoke to a lady called Natalie who was very helpful, literally couldn't do enough for me, absolute credit to the company on the vast majority of occasions I called, also the owner Steve was the same. The only reason I haven't left a 5 star review is due to another individual I had the pleasure of speaking to a few times who was rather rude, also being informed of repair delays is done via text which I do think is slightly unprofessional and when calling to find out why, depending who answers the phone or not depends whether you actually get a reason or just get fobbed off. Overall experience however was a good one.

Great and speedy repair carried out, but with covid, the car was cleaned twice with detergents and the steering wheel has suffered, by losing it's coating and looking in a poor state

Although it took some time for parts to arrive . Once my car went in to be repaired and resprayed. The team was quick and efficient to have my car back on the road . When I picked my car up it had been cleaned and looked as good as new . Great service very pleased with the work completed .
