I recently had my rear door repaired here and I'm really impressed with the quality of the work. You can tell the team knows what they're doing – the repair was done carefully, and the end result looks like the door was never damaged in the first place. On top of that, communication throughout the whole process was friendly and efficient. I'd definitely recommend Fix Auto and will certainly be back if I need another repair.

- courtesy car wasn't great

Nice repair, looks perfect, although texture of repainted area different to original.
No-one actually told me what had been done to the car. I don’t know if it had a new bumper or old bumper repaired. Car returned to me covered in bird droppings.

Work done very well. Comms about delays (due to parts shipment) could have been more pro-active.

Helpful and pleasant when dealing with my car repair. Made the repair through an insurance claim which the company made extremely easy and stress free. Picked my car up from courtesy depot and returned it there which also made this easy and stress free for me. Spoke with both Rebecca and Sean who were very helpful and extremely polite.

Slow to book car in as they had no courtesy cars available, took it in eventually to check it was driveable, said it was. There was a knocking noise coming from my from suspension so I took it back to them, they said it was a broken spring but it was still safe to drive. I did eventually get a courtesy car a couple of weeks after the accident. Top marks to the driver who brought my courtesy car as he had valeted my car while it was waiting for parts as he couldn't do anything else to it.

Great service. Damaged car was picked up and was delivered back immaculately repaired, valeted and good as new.

Were professional in their repair and communication. Rebecca was also very helpful.kept informed at every stage. Very pleased with the service.

Everything was so professional and Rebbeca Ellis was great I I had a leg injury and she arranged for car pick up and drop off also payment was made over the phone well done to all concerned

This is the first time I have had to use a company in this line of business, they were first class from start to finish very professional in all departments, they also have a very good platform to show the customer how there vehicle is progressing at the various stages, also the delivery of a courtesy car to and from your home.

From time I took my own car in & gave me a hired car which was a godsend they kept me updated re works to be done etc & were very helpful overall was a great experience & no issues

Fantastic job and great communication

The repair to my car was quick and excellent , the car had been washed and valeted while in the garage which was a pleasant surprise .
It would be 5 stars if i hadnt had to phone and ask what was happening e.g. i phoned to 2months after accident to see when they might be able to get my car in and was told they could take it the next day the same when i got the car back i phoned to say when would it be ready and it was ready in a couple of days . I would have liked updates from the garage without having to phone for them even an email would have been in.

Despite Suberu taking an eternity to provide spares the company kept me informed of every delay.

Great service. The staff were really nice and friendly when we gave the car and picked it up. They had really fast service. Would definitely recommend.

Communication could have been better, overall service was good

The repairs took a long time which I understand was partly due to supplies from Land Rover but sometimes the information I was given was contradictory from other messages. The final result was excellent and all the staff were very pleasant, helpful and polite.
The courtesy car was dreadful and to have it for 8 weeks made life difficult.
