I came by Fix Auto Uxbridge today without an appointment. Joe very kindly took time out of his job to take a look at my roof trim that was popped out. He expertly fixed the clip within minutes, and took the time to explain what had gone wrong. This was something that had been annoying me for weeks and it was efficiently sorted very quickly. There was no charge either which was an added bonus! Based on my experience today I will definitely return in the future. Thank you Fix Auto Uxbridge!

The man who picked my car up and met me when I collected was friendly, provided good information, good communication from the company and I was impressed with the work done. I would highly recommend .

Excellent service start to finish. They even repaired a some additional damage I had on my bumper free of charge.

Car given smelt, oil warning light was showing. There was no water in the windscreen washer and the lid had been left off. The two staff were arguing.
I returned your car with same fuel as when I got it, but my car usage was not similarly returned to me. I pointed out a crack in the front of my car to your agent. Later your office called and said they would check and get back to me - but to date I have not heard back from your company. Not impressed.

I see your response - it’s not additional damage - I know you wouldn’t fix that - it’s from the work that you did to the car and doesn’t address the point that you were supposed to come back to me after looking at the pics but never did - yet again poor customer service

A seamless experience from start to finish. The staff that I dealt with were professional and friendly. They gave me timelines that were adhered to. My car has never looked so good in a relatively short space of time. Absolutely no complaints. An excellent service. Thank you

Excellent repair. Unfortunately let down by repair duration and very poor communication.

Great service and communication.

Certain I am not the first person to have questions, but I did feel that time was taken to acknowledge them all and more importantly answer them all. When I got the car back I was not 100% happy and so one f the team drove to my home due to my hectic schedule, they fixed the challenge there and then and I even popped into their workshop a week later for an extra chip repair that was not part of the original booking. I felt that I was get something above and beyond what the original quote was for due to some extra paint being available, I wanted to say thank you with a tip and he simply would not accept it, he just said with compliments. I do not know if he is the manager, a member of the team or even the owner just that he takes pride on the work of centre and only wants you to leave 100% happy.

V pleased with outcome from Fix Auto Uxbridge - finish is exceptional - referral via insurance co. only complaint was the 6 months it took to get on the booking list ?! .. but once on turn around was v quick. Comms professional and easy would defo recommend.

I consider Fix Auto Uxbridge to be unprofessional and unreliable. My damaged car was inspected by Fix Auto and I received a written assessment to replace and fit a new front bumper and fog light at a total cost of £911.39 which I accepted and arranged to leave the car with them the following Friday. I was asked to phone them on the Thursday to check if the parts had arrived. I phoned on the Thursday and they discovered that the parts had not arrived and were due on the previous day. They said they would chase the supplier and ring me back. Some hours later I was contacted by the Flex Auto manager and he informed that unfortunately the parts had been delivered to the wrong address and that the bumper was not finished painted and only primed. He then went on to say that the cost to me would now be £1500 as they would have to finish coat the bumper and as they were so busy he wasn’t sure when the work could be carried out. I declined the new estimate as I feel that an increase of £588.61 is too much for top coating a bumper not to mention the inconvenience to me. Why they failed to chase the parts prior to my phone call is beyond me? I suspect that Fix Auto Uxbridge have more work than they can deal with and consider my job small fry. I definitely would not recommend them.
