Good experience with this company - had to speak to my insurance to get my excess waived so they could release my car. The lady on desk was very helpful with my children while I spoke to my insurance to get it sorted. Insurance’s confirmation of the waive was delayed so she arranged delivery of my car the next day for my convenience.

I had a lady reverse into my parked car damaging my front bumper and headlight, my insurance gave here as my repairer, i took my car in on Mon 10th Feb 25 and was told i would be without it for 2 weeks, Fri 14th Feb 25, i was called to say my car was ready to be collected, due to me being at work and garage being closed on a weekend i couldnt collect until 17th Feb 25, i collected my car yesterday and wow my car is perfect, the repair is brilliant, its like new plus they gave my car a wash as well, the staff are really friendly, professional and courtious from my initial contact with the lady on reception who i dealt with to submit photos of damage caused to my car, to the guy who handed my car over to me, this company is fantastic i wont hesitate to recommend and use in the future

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this garage after they were appointed to fix damage on my brand-new car, just two weeks after driving it off the forecourt.

From start to finish, the service was a disaster:
1. Incomplete Work: The damage was not fixed, and the quality of their work was appalling.
2. Delays: They kept the car longer than expected, and when I was finally asked to collect it, I waited an additional 1 hour 30 minutes to get the car back.
3. Unprofessional Behavior: The staff were intimidating and dismissive. When I raised concerns, I was made out to be a liar, they told me the damage was already there when the car came in (which photos provided otherwise) the garage took no ownership of their mistakes.
4. Police Involvement: The situation escalated to such an extent that the police were called due to the intimidation I experienced.

But the worst part, They painted over a critical sensor, rendering it non-functional and making the car dangerous to drive. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. Now, another garage will have to fix the damage they caused, adding more stress and expense.

This entire experience has been incredibly stressful and has completely ruined my new car. I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone and strongly urge others to avoid them at all costs.

Jaz, Shabana, Sid and the rest of the team were nothing short of brilliant, professional establishment - they kept me up to date with progress and ensured all my requirements were not just met, but exceeded. I can confidentially say…I recommend using these guys, 5* service.

Cannot fault Jaz and the whole team at FixAuto Walsall (including front Reception desk support).
The whole process with Fix was well-planned and efficient, and really quick turnaround for brilliant repair that included specialist paint colour. Really glad RAC use Fix as their chosen vehicle repairer.

Really good, the first person I spoke to was Jaz on reception and she was so so helpful everything I asked of her she sorted out, when she said she would ring me back she did.
Reception is usually your first port of call and you get an impression of what the companies like and I would definitely recommend Fix Auto

After having an accident Auto Fix collected the car in good time leaving behind a courtesy car. The receptionist was very polite and able to explain all the details. They returned the car after completing some extensive body works as agreed. I was happy with the works carried out by Auto Fix.

After going through my insurance they organised the repairs of my car with this company, there was damage to the front bumper and it needed a new one fitting. Took my car in 10/05 and was told it would take 1-2 weeks, then got a text to say my car would be ready 22/05 called up to find a specific time and got told it would be ready 24/05 instead. Called them 3 times, got told it needed more checks and to be cleaned. Then finally was told my car would be ready for collection at 5pm. I got to the garage and waited 20 minutes while i watched them search for the missing paperwork regarding my repair, find the missing keys for my car and more shockingly.. FIND MY CAR! after 20 minutes I was told that the repairs hadn’t even been started on my car and they had repaired the wrong vehicle! They have had my car for 2 weeks to fit a new bumper, told me my car was ready for collection and gave me updates on the progress of the repair. I left work and lost over an hours pay, drove 40 minutes to the garage to pick up a car that hadn’t even been looked at!! Because I was told my car was ready for collection I had also informed the courtesy car company that I would no longer be needing their vehicle which will now need to be sorted. They have wasted so much of my time and money! And now I have to sit and wait even longer for them to actually fix the correct car! When I finally got my car back, after a few drives my front reg fell off! I was driving on the motorway and was very lucky it didn’t come flying off and I just found it hanging when I got to my destination.
I am absolutely furious and will be sorting out any further repairs independently if this is the standard of insurer recommended garages.

Fix Auto are the Guys to go too! The Customer Service is exceptional! I was looked after so so well under the best care by the whole Team, everyone is so friendly and so welcoming! My car was taken care of amazingly, they really did a fab job! I would highly recommend using these guys if you need your vehicle repairing, they really do go above and beyond to help you and make sure that you’re looked after so so well.
