We had a great experience and got our car back as good as new thank you

When my car was delivered back to me it was dirty and shattered glass discovered embedded in my car seat a week later which cut my hands and my sons.
Very poor service no valeting done and it was a nightmare from the Start to finish
Never again !!!!
Complaint is just the beginning

I gave my car for repair at Fix auto Walsall they were extremely professional and kept me upto date on my vehicle repairs received my vehicle and the work was done to a very good standard really recommend Auto fix for vehicle repair thanks to the team for the pleasant experience

I am afraid my experience is horrific. It took 6 weeks for Fix Auto Walsall to repair my car. I have no idea what jobs they did as I have never received any documents. I had no communication from the company, not one call or email until they wanted me to pay. The website was not up to date either. I chased them all the time. When I asked, there were no answers just lies and promises. I told them in advance that my MOT would expire and I needed the car back before a certain day. I was told it would not be a problem. As we were approaching the deadline, I was calling the company more often. I was given 3 new deadlines. The day before my final deadline I was told the car would not be ready and it was not their problem. They did not fix one of the issues either. I was threatened with additional costs on more than one occasion. The company delivered my car on a Friday at 5 pm, before Christmas with an expired MOT. The receptionist said I had no right to be upset or complain and she was tired of listening to me. I have never experienced a service like this. My car was delivered with 24 miles less petrol (the irony being they forced me to take their hire car to the petrol station under threat of additional cost). My car failed the MOT the next day leaving me with no car for days. My airbag light is still on. The only reason it gets 1 star is that they cleaned the car.

Repairs carried out to a high standard and even cleaned my car inside and out (which was really filthy) would definitely recommend.

Staff extremely helpful especially when sorting out, promptly, an issue with the curtesy car.

Fantastic service and a 5* job. From start to finish, they were so helpful abnd professional. I had constang communication throughout which made it easy to gain updates on my repair. The repair work on my vehicle was superb and perfect. I would highly recommend fix autos Walsall to anybody who needs their services.

My experience with fix auto has been amazing from start to finish from collecting my vehicle and leaving me with a courtesy car and kept me updated on my car and once it was fixed they did a valet for me, Sharon the receptionist has been amazing too with every little detail of what was happening with my car couldn’t wish for better service

Had catalyst converter stolen off Toyota hybrid my insurance gave me there number they collected following day and gave me new courtesy car took less than a week and bought Toyota back I found service very good

I don’t know y my insurance company sent my car there it took 10 weeks to repair my car I had to kept 📞 them for updates 4 times they rang me to say your car is ready but it never happened, finally I got my car back yesterday then still missing a centre cap on my wheel, but the repairs is good

The pick up was not a problem as they called about 30 minutes before hand, they kept in touch and the repair was done within 3 working days.

My vehicle was sent to fix autos for repair to back bumper literally amazing customer service - Sharon was amazing very helpful over the phone putting me at ease and regular updates on the car very friendly team, and I had a courtesy vehicle delivered to my door which was clean and tidy, but only had it for less than 2 days the car was not only mended on the bumper (you can’t tell
There was any damage at all ) but my car door also was scuffed and paint was restored as good as new, then the car was valeted inside and out imaculate,

Mr Ziyarab and his team were very helpful and realistic with the work involved to restore to original standard.
