Couldn’t be happier. Great communication, sorted all work quickly. Use of a courtesy car which was dropped off when they collected my car from home and then picked up all to suit me!!
Cars not looked so clean for a while either.

Awful customer service Bob on the desk couldn't be more unhelpful. He laughed in my face after arranging a hire car on false plates causing undercover police stop at burnt tree for motability customer. My car was taken in for repair on 21st February 2023. Here we are 5 MONTHS later & it's still there 😠. Apparently they are waiting for 'parts'to be delivered? My car is actually drivable, the damage caused by an accident was mostly cosmetic (new bumper) so where are these 'parts'actually coming from? I'm really not happy at all, it's becoming a not funny joke. Unbelievable.

Car went in to repair very minor denting on the drivers door. When the car was received back everything initially looked ok, though it was march and there was snow on the ground so hard to tell with a white car. As weather has improved its become evident that the repair is sub-standard. There are what look like dent/ripples in the paint in areas not near where the car was originally damaged. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was damaged at their site as they had the car rather a long time. The car went back in yesterday to rectify the issue and I’ve just received it back and it looks exactly the same, save it being cleaned. Avoid this place.
Update 20th July: So the madness continues. The car went back in (for a second time) on the 3rd July, came back on the 7th (still no good), went straight back and that was 2 weeks ago. I was supposed to get it back on the 18th or 19th, but I heard nothing so chased and they told me it would be back today. Nothing today, so chased again, and now it’s tomorrow. You couldn’t make this up. Hands down worst experience ever!
Update 01/08/23 - Car has come back. Still looks rubbish. Also starting to suspect that the wing has been painted as well as the door (though there was no damage there, initially). There are inclusions in the paintwork of both the door and the wing, but nowhere else. Convinced now that they have damaged the car at their place, so had to repair the wing. Criminals.

My experience was above and beyond. They kept me updated from start to finish, did a great job on my mobility car, valleted it very nicely, picked up and delivered when they said they would and when they had to cancel original date they called me the day before and were very pleasant and open about reasons why. The men that came to pick up my car and deliver it back to me were absolutely lovely. Respectful and kind.. Great service overall. Thank you very much

Absolutely terrible!!! Car booked in for collection and then cancelled last minute. Unable to contact for update on when car will be collected for repair as nobody ever answers the phone and if they do they couldn't care less. Still waiting for collection and repair 10 weeks after collision.

The repairs have been worked all fine. It was the communication at the end of the repair between the Garage, Fix Auto central hub and the insurance company. The vehicle was finished but not able to collect for over 3 days due to no VAT invoice and the garage not able to confirm the cost we had to pay. Very frustrating and disappointing ..

Car got rear ended, auto fix were brilliant start to finish. Kept me well informed about progress on the car, job was completed very quick. Car got brought back to me by Mitchell, all clean and valeted. An excellent job completed with the repairs. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Excellent service from start to finish. Picked my car up, kept me up to date with what was going on. Dropped my car back off to me and I can honestly say it’s amazing how well the repairs have gone. My car looks completely brand new again, refurbished my wheels and everything. A class. Would recommend always.

Exhalent reaper to my car kept informed every two days shame they had to wait for parts

Prompt, friendly and efficient service. A pleasant, friendly gentleman delivered courtesy car and collected our car from home, which was a big help to us. The repair, a replacement bumper to a 6 year old Vauxhall Insignia, was completed in just a few days. When our vehicle was returned to us, it had been completely cleaned, inside and out. I wasn’t aware that would be done and was delighted. Car looks great! Only downside for me was Fixauto were unable to supply a courtesy vehicle with automatic transmission. I preferred that my husband did all the driving of the manual Corsa supplied as he regularly drives them. Although I passed my driving test in a manual car and have owned a few, it’s over thirty years since I drove one.
