These guys are amazing! My car was in a crash that had really bad damage down the drivers side, and wasn’t sure if this was repairable or not. Thankfully Debbie said it was and I am more than happy and grateful to them. The car looks as good as new and they updated me throughout the process. Special thanks to Mike for the paintwork! I can’t thank and recommend these guys so much! Great job and great staff! Highly recommend

From the very fist appointment to discuss the work required I certainly felt reassured it would be done to an extremely high standard!
I certainly wasn’t disappointed when I returned to collect it on Tuesday 25th June 2024.
Debbie who works at reception was First Class! Excellent knowledge of the industry with a human touch making the whole experience less stressful.
But also the QI who passed over my vehicle “ Sonny” he was such a professional and spoke clearly about how the job was checked prior to starting and then when completed.

Shocking service.

I had an accident on the 29th May 2023, and Admiral referred me to this shambolic garage 3 days later. It took them 2 months to retrieve my vehicle and 2 months to repair the vehicle. Poor customer service from Debbie and the Engineer which I was speaking to at the time, and do nothing to make you feel at ease given the distress of an accident. I received my vehicle on September 2023, with a damaged key and 0 miles left in the tank. Fast forward 4 months later the suspension they supposedly repaired snapped again, and they were insinuating that I had done this when it wasn’t fixed correctly in the first place. IF YOUR INSURANCE REFER YOU TO THIS GARAGE stay away at all costs!!! It’s a death trap

Two weeks ago, I experienced a minor accident at my workplace in Scotland involving my brand new car with registration MW73ETZ. 'Admiral Insurance' authorized 'Fix Auto' from Worsley to carry out the repair work. The damage appeared minimal, primarily to the front bumper, with potential impacts on internal sensors and radars.

Fix Auto took seven days to assess my vehicle and an additional three days to submit the repair estimate to Admiral Insurance. However, despite holding an 'Admiral Gold' policy, I was informed by Admiral Insurance that it was the responsibility of the garage to provide me with a courtesy car. I was assured by Fix Auto that they would update me on the repair progress and arrange a courtesy car.

Admiral Insurance indicated that they approved the repair estimate provided by Fix Auto on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Upon escalating my complaint, I was informed that Fix Auto was unresponsive to their inquiries, prompting Admiral Insurance to contact the head office of Fix Auto.

I am deeply disappointed by the poor service I have received from both Fix Auto and Admiral Insurance. I am genuinely concerned about the quality of the repair work that will be conducted on my electric vehicle (EV). Despite requesting an assessment report, I have yet to receive a response. Being without a courtesy car for over 12 days is causing significant inconvenience, especially considering my regular commute between Manchester and my office in Scotland, where driving is my only feasible option.

This situation is particularly disheartening given that I opted for a premium policy with Admiral Insurance, for which I paid over £1200. At this point, I feel compelled to escalate the matter to the 'Motor Ombudsman' as both 'Fix Auto' & 'Admiral Car Insurance' don't appear serious.

Very pleased with the result of my car returning like new, with the added touch of being valeted before collection. Efficient and professional, highly recommend.

I'm wondering if I used a different company reading the reviews!?
It took four months from inspection to get the car booked in, this is possibly the insurance company fault, it was then a two month wait for an appointment.
They said it would take a week and it did but there's no communication about pick up or drop off, I had to chase. When you can get through on the phone and that's a challenge Debbie is friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the state of the repairs is shocking. All the buff marks are visible, some scratches were missed and additional damage has been caused on other areas of the car. There seems to be no quality control or respect for my car. The delivery driver appeared visibly shocked when he saw the buff marks. They had washed the car but missed several places, there is green mould (I think) on the passenger side window seals and white stuff (I'm assuming polish) in the seals on the driver side. I can get it washed properly but it speaks to lack of quality control.
I don't know if because it's a company car there was no care taken, it's just bad luck or a lack of training but whatever the reason really disappointing.
To add to my disappointment I'm surprised not to have had contact from them about booking the car back in for a week.
