great communication: regular updates, a named and very responsive person (Sue) with a direct number who kept me updated and was clearly going above and beyond to make arrangements work well and quickly for me.

My car is old but well looked after. After an unfortunate brush with a wall I was advised to take it to Fix Auto. The front skirt/panel was badly scored and I had lost one of the retaining clips.
When I collected my car I was blown away by its appearance. Scratch free, and secure. However, they also had cleaned the wheels and given it an all over wash and polish. She looks really good again. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Took my car to Jack last week due to faulty wrap on my car, asked for a price to paint it instead. Jack was very helpful and advised that he can polish my car up so I wouldn’t need to paint it costing thousands.
Collected the car today and it’s absolutely immaculate, the wrap is shinning no more horrible marks on it. He also went the extra mile and polished up my rear lights that had fogged up also was happy with the price charged for the amount of work done. Really happy and will definitely return if I ever need more work

I recently had my car repaired by Fix Auto UK in the Angmering/Worthing area, and the experience genuinely stood out from anything I have had with body shops before.

Absolutely brilliant service from Autofix — couldn't be happier. Brought my Skoda in with a damaged door that needed bodywork, and the result is genuinely flawless. You'd never know anything had happened to it. The finish is perfectly matched, the panel is straight, and the whole job looks factory-fresh.

Great service received

Had a bump a couple of weeks ago resulting in rear corner being caved in and scratched. Vehicle was collected promptly and returned after a few short days. Repair is impeccable and vehicle cleaned also. Thank you

I took the car as the paint on the bonnet was starting to bubble. Jack's team did a fantastic job, with excellent workmanship and I am very happy with the finish. The car was completed and ready for collection 1 day earlier than advised. The car had been thoroughly cleaned and well presented.

Absolutely delighted with the work that Jack and his team have just completed on my campervan. It was damaged in a collision and my insurance claim handler have recommended Fix Auto Worthing (aka Verrall's). And what a great recommendation it was! Not only the workmanship has been top class and the front of my van is back to as-new condition, but the Fix Auto Worthing guys are a super friendly bunch and hardworking as well. I know a fair bit about mechanics and I am currently undertaking some restoration work on a modern classic... body work and painting is not my thing though, and I'll definitely get my car to Fix Auto to get it back to showroom condition once it's mechanically sorted and back on the road. Excellent customer service and contact throughout my repair. Sara and Sue in the office were amazing and always happy to help me and any questions I had were answered really quickly and they sorted the hire car and everything, leaving me very little to have to deal with. They dropped the car back to me and it is as good as new. The guy that delivered the car was really polite and friendly too. Would highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

🔴✋🏻 point blank the worst customer service I have ever received , there’s auto fix in Worthing I took my car there through insurance they missed repair my car and I had to take it to another mechanic to find out that they haven’t fix everything, and there’s a woman Name Sue she is so bad at talking and end up the phone on me twice , I will not recommend it at all

They worked hard to get our repair done, despite the insurance company being particularly difficult and slow. When the courtesy car company were also being difficult, they stepped in and sorted it too.
Repaired back to manufactured spec, so good experience all round from fixauto

After my brother had been involved in a car accident we did not know how to go about getting his repaired at all, with the dressed stress of having to deal with the insurance company. Sara from fix auto fully took all that stress from us, she dealt with everything and after a couple of weeks work my brothers car looks better than what it did before the accident. Jack was also lovely and I think it was him who completed the work to such a high standard. Sarah and Jack are worth their weight in gold, we would never go elsewhere if in this situation again. I felt that I was being looked after throughout the journey with no pressure to proceed with any work I didn't want doing. The staff took over my insurance admin and worked within a short timeframe to suit me.
