Top Mark for Fix Auto Care and Repair
From start to finish, I had a great experience with Fix Auto in Wrexham. My vehicle was in for just over two weeks for a repairs to the rear door and wing, during that time I had a courtesy car which I thoroughly enjoyed.
The repairs carried out were exceptional, the paint finish & matching of the panels and all of the associated detail were found to be as you would expect, your technician’s are very professional indeed.
Top marks also for the ladies on reception, they gave me all the care and attention that you would expect and in a friendly manner, thank you.
Fix Auto Wrexham I would definitely recommend you if there was a need again.

Fix auto is outstanding company and undertook a complex job for my car which was completed with excellent workmanship. I was continually updated on progress throughout the process by helpful staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. In one word they were brilliant. I would recommend them without reservation

Kept me updated on a regular basis via txt. When I did speak with someone always very polite and informative. Job took a little longer than expected but that was a supply issue. On return of vehicle minor issue which they resolved in a very timely manner. Would definatly use again and would highly recommend

Vehicle returned in an absolute state
I can’t fault the staff who kept me informed over the 7 weeks my vehicle was in for repair. Always helpful snd they sent regular updates. However, like other reviewers, my vehicle was returned in an absolute state. A thin layer of fine dust everywhere. Smears all over the windscreen. I have dust all over my clothes. It looks like it came straight out of the repair shop and onto the delivery truck. I was told it would be clean and ready to drive. The last text I received said it was being “checked and cleaned’. No one has been near it to clean it. I look after my car and it did not arrive to you in this state, so why have you returned it to me in this condition? I have been promised a call back from the manager.

Hi Helen, So sorry to read your review. We have a strict repair process in place that involves a quality control check at the end of the repairs. Clearly in this case it has not been followed and your vehicle was allowed to leave not to the standard we would expect. Excellent service from start to finish.
My car was sent to Fix Auto Wrexham as part of an insurance claim. From start to finish I received excellent customer service. I was kept updated via phone and text about the progress of the repair. Staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The quality of the repair is excellent and the car was collected from and returned to me at my convenience. 5 stars.

Always ready to answer any queries and actually ring you back when they state they will do. I could not fault them as I was constantly kept updated of every stage of my repair.Gary in the workshop is an absolute star and goes above and beyond to keep customers happy.

Great job on my crumpled door
Great job on my crumpled door. Picked our car up, kept us informed all the way and dropped it off again. We had a courtesy car throughout from Enterprise and they were great too
