I had a fantastic experience with this damp inspection company. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They carried out a thorough and professional inspection, taking the time to explain each step and answer any questions I had.

The final report was extremely detailed and easy to understand, and I really appreciated the video documentation of the entire process for my record keeping and clarity.

Ben will bend over backwards for his clients. He never minds taking to time to talk things through with you. He always gets the job done and takes everything with a calm and understanding attitude which is rare for someone in the construction trade. Ben always tries to see it from the customers eyes as if he was finishing the job to the standard he would want on his own home.

Ben is so knowledgeable and helpful - he was able to come out super quick to help me check a property I was buying at auction. I specifically wanted him to look of sites of damp. But he was able to offer guidance on much more than that because he is a registered builder. So grateful for his sense of urgency, and also his wisdom around all things building and construction.

Ben and the Fixed team were great, they understood our anxiety caused by the previous contractor and went above and beyond to get pur project up and running again and with the end goal of getting us home in a safe building and environment for us and our family. They all worked so hard and what they accomplished in a short period of time was extremely welcomed considering what we had previously been through. Ben kept us updated with progress, put forward suggestions and ideas and got us and our family home again, in which we are forever grateful for. Since using Ben, I have recommended him and his team to a number of family members.

Ben at Fixed UK is genuinely excellent. He originally came out to deal with one specific issue, and while he was there he carefully checked a few related things to make sure everything was working as it should. In doing so, he identified and resolved other underlying problems that could have caused bigger issues later on.

I manage properties, so reliability and competence are essential. I’ve used Ben’s services several times now, and I consistently receive the same high standard of work. He’s practical, knowledgeable, efficient, and focused on solving problems properly the first time.

What I particularly appreciate is that he takes a preventative, long-term approach rather than just doing a quick fix. It saves time, avoids repeat call-outs, and makes property management far less stressful.

Amazing experience and an absolutely fantastic customer service. After being led down by a big company with an inconclusive leak detection report which was rather masking the problem than establishing it. Ben carried the survey very quickly, found the issue and the solution costed 3 times less the amount I was given to "cover it" instead of fixing it! I can't recommend the company and Ben enough. Thank you for your efficiency and professionalism.
