sent on a Thursday and returned to me fixed on the Tuesday!
Great communication and quick turn around, I struggled to find someone to repair these head phones having sent them to another company who said they could not be fixed.

Had 2 separate repairs done back to back and I can’t fault this service. Excellent communication and reasonable prices. I will definitely use again if required and highly recommend.

I’ve used fix my headphones twice now for cracks and war and tear of my beats headphones and I’ve always had good service provided. Quick response and the wait time is not long at all. Will definitely recommend if you have any issues with your headphones

The company did an amazing job when it came to repairing my headphones. It was a reliable and fast service and the quality of the headphones was in good condition.

We took our broken Beats 3 headphones into an Apple store and they quoted £140 to fix them. We went back later and spoke to someone else who said they couldn't be fixed and we'd be cheaper buying a new pair instead.

So I searched online and found fixheadphones. From start to finish the whole experience with them was absolutely brilliant. Superb comms throughout from Louis. 4 days after sending the headphones to them they were back in my hands, fixed. The cost was £45. Can't recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again!

Had some 6 year old beats solo 3s with very bashed up earpads, sent them to fixheadphones who replaced them, now looks good as new. Reasonable price also

One side of my headphones was not working, luckily I found this service and now it's fixed! It was a really easy process - the whole repair process + delivery took just over a week. Louis has been very helpful, answering all my questions and quick with replies! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing company, apple quoted me £140 to fix my daughters head phones with a turn around of 3 weeks. Sent them it this company, and we’re back fixed within a week and cost £60.

So this was an interesting one! In all honesty I thought this was a scam site as it looked a little dodgy and the quote I got for a wire repair was very cheap (especially compared to what apple wanted). I have Beats Solo 3 wireless that needed a wiring repair. Anyway they were stuffed in a draw broken for over a year & I thought sod it I’ll give this company a go and see what happens. Well! Firstly I was taken back by how excellent the communication was from Louis who e-mailed me throughout the whole process and every step and then had sent me a DPD postage notification within 3 days! I wouldn’t believe this to be true till I had them in my hands and tested them. They arrived, I tested them. Work perfectly! Amazing! The only negative is that the ear pads were slightly more damaged than when I sent them. He did offer to repair these at cost but I decided to do this myself. But all in all a very positive experience, great communication, Louis was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend them any higher! top company! Nice to see the little man absolutely put the big company’s to shame. Well done fixmyheadphones 10/10.
