I’ve used fixmybrokenscreen a few times now to replace the screen on my Apple Watch. The process is very easy and they are very efficient. I received my watch back after a day with a new screen and new battery. I’ve had a lot of shops say that they can only replace the entire LCD and screen together for a lot more money but fix my broken screen are able to just replace the glass. I will definitely use them again next time I drop my watch!

I sent two MacBooks to FixMyBrokenScreen:
First MacBook – They couldn’t repair it and promised a refund. It’s been over a month and I’ve still received nothing, despite follow-ups.

Second MacBook (M1 Air) – I sent this in with a perfectly working camera and a non-OEM screen with poor colour grading — not a cracked or damaged screen.
They falsely claimed there was “extensive damage” to the screen and said the camera must have been damaged at the same time as screen was — a complete fabrication.
After their screen replacement, the camera and ambient light sensor no longer work. Apple Diagnostics shows hardware faults (NDC001, ALS001, VFD001), and they now suggest I use an external webcam instead.

No accountability. No resolution. No refund.
Deeply untrustworthy — I’d avoid at all costs.

MacBook Air screen fixed on literally the same day. Can’t praise them enough

Got my lcd screen repaired here and it only lasted me a couple moths before it showed sign of degradation. The other day some light lines appeared across my screen and now there are black lines at the bottom meaning my computer is getting worse and very quickly. My research tells me that this problem is because of a loose connection in the cables, a faulty lcd screen, or an aging lcd screen. This tells me that they either installed my screen incorrectly, gave me a faulty screen or gave me a used screen which looking at the other one star reviews (that I now really wished I paid more attention to) seems to be very probable. Definitely do not get your MacBook screen fixed here even if the price is very tempting. I will now either have to pay hundred more to get my screen fixed or thousands more to buy a new MacBook.

Company helpful and efficient. Fixed screen. Helped when I got confused with login. Postal service didn’t try my front door for some reason but put in a safe place. Not sure why - I stayed in for two hours to sign off as I was told. But even so very good experience.
