My experience with this website has been very disappointing. I placed an order on (…), and I still haven’t received the product or a valid tracking number despite multiple follow-ups.I would like to clarify that I have all the evidence to support my claim, including conversations and order details.Based on my experience, I do not recommend dealing with them, and I am currently waiting for a refund

I was provided with a tracking number; however, there have been no updates on it at all, making it seem inactive. This raises concerns about whether the order has actually been shipped.
Additionally, the order status on the website is marked as “Fulfilled,” which is inaccurate. The product value was $250 (excluding shipping), and I placed the order on March 24. As of April 22, 2026, I still haven’t received anything or any real update

I ordered the duo of serum and moisturiser and signed up for the subscription. Following the first delivery, another payment was immediately taken from my bank and another serum delivered. After contacting the company to return the unwanted serum, there was complete silence from Fjor. It's not that good, definitely will not be using again and the customer service is zero.

Received a reply from Fjor. They are launching a new product, so the reply time was a little slow. I'm getting a full refund, the response was very positive and helpful.
I've used the duo serum and moisturiser for a year and am more than satisfied with the result.

What can I say...

I've been struggling with my skin for YEARS. On and off its been rosacea, acne, seborrheic dermatitis - you name it, I've had it. And no matter what I've tried, these things just seem to come and go - they flare up with no rhyme or reason and then just as I think I've fixed it, its back again a few days later with a vengeance.

If you've ever had dandruff and had the doctors give you Nizoral shampoo, you might know this feeling - no more dandruff after a wash but then it always keeps coming back over the coming days - and worse too.

That's always what's happened with my skin too - even when I'd try brands that were supposed to be derm-friendly or 'gentle': looking at you Cera Ve and Bioderma.

Anyway, after what's basically been years of no real fix to all this (except for the standard stuff - different cleansers, treatments, moisturisers, etc) I started trying to look at underlying health conditions. Gut health, nutritionists, doctors, blood tests, all that stuff.

Long story short, nothing much helped until I stumbled across fjor and the skin microbiome...

And OH. MY. GOD.

The serum was literally the most calming and soothing product I'd ever used. It's honestly gorgeous stuff - and its only gotten better results as I've stopped using all the other 'gentle' cleansers etc and just switched to just fjor:

1 serum, 1 moisturiser, and gentle washing with warm water - that's it.

As a result, the dryness and flakiness around my nose and cheeks was gone in days. Same for the red patches too - especially in my beard and around my hairline. At first I was happy with that result but then after continuing to use my skin has gotten sooo much smoother with smaller pores and less acne too. Also zero itching like before. Such a relief, and my partner has honestly given me more compliments than I can keep up with.

That said, it did seem expensive when I first found it - compared to other skincare I'd used at least. But knowing how useless all the other skincare I'd tried was, I was willing to give it a go, and I'm SO glad I did.

I'm only on bottle 3 after about 4-5 months use now, and the results are so worth it - especially as I now know that the real issue for me was over-cleansing and treating my skin, and this is helping me build up a healthy barrier again after years of issues.

So yes, long story short: if you've ever had issues like mine, stop stressing out your skin microbiome and try fjor's serum. Honestly - it's my skincare for life now.

I don’t know what this company is and I don’t know why they charging me $30. I’ve never seen this before and I’ve never subscribed to anything before trying to get a hold of them and that’s impossible. I’m gonna have to call my bank and put fraud on it.

Site is very misleading. I ended up hitting something and being charged $71.99 that I absolutely do not want. I cannot afford this and whatever I did was a total mistake. I emailed for, requesting a refund, and was flat out denied. I even explained that I just lost my job on July 15 and would never purchase this during this time in my life

One of the best serums I've used. Hydrates and leaves the skin feeling matt. Prefer this in the morning and the moisturiser in the evening. The moisturiser is sticky and you need time to get used to it. Benefits are seen after week 2

I just love how this fjor serum has transformed my face tone , hydration and looks great. This serum is easy to use ..I apply is all over the face, ears, neck, decollette!!! Even my hands , elbows … if I could afford to buy more, it will be my body lotion too. Stops the itchiness too as it hydrates and firms the skin so much. Simply love how simple it is to use. ☺️. Best ever I have used !!!

I have been using their product for a while and honestly it's such a game changer. From ordering, to the product and to what the company stands for, it is for sure a game changer in the skin care industry. Will definitely keep using.

Supposedly this company have refunded my money but despite requesting details where it is I’ve not had a response even though I’ve returned the goods. This is now with PayPal

I live in the nordics and my skin needs a lot of moisture all year, I use the serum as a night serum because I have oily skin so I only use SPF during the day. I love the simplicity of the serum because I don’t need additional anti-aging or eye/night creams, I simply cleanse and apply fjör every evening! Love it! I’ve been using it for a year and have had really predictable and glowy skin for the longest duration I’ve ever experienced.

Super simple and easy to use - plus makes my skin look dewy and helps with redness. Would highly recommend!

Love how simple the ingredients are, I tend to shy away from products that are over-complicated because of my rosacea. The serum has been great and has really calmed my skin down. On my third bottle now 👍🏼
