very bad result for the price, I went to other platform way cheaper and way better results

The results we’ve achieved with Flair.ai are really good and provide real added value for us as a company. That’s why we’ve signed up for a more comprehensive subscription.

Just purchased it and have done two images that take a long time to download and can’t seem to save them anywhere and then it keeps saying you need to buy more coins to do more images but surely once you pay a weekly amount you don’t need to pay more after just doing two images.

I expected high-quality images, but the results were disappointing. In the beginning, the images were mediocre, but after continued use, the output became worse and worse. I also reached out to support and never received a response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Flair.ai.

I initially had a very good experience with Flair AI. Everything worked smoothly, images generated properly, and I was genuinely happy with the platform.

However, recently I’ve been facing constant generation failures. Almost every time I try to create an image, the process fails. It doesn’t matter whether I use the auto-generated prompt or write my own — the result is the same: the system tells me the image couldn’t be generated and asks me to try again.

The most frustrating part is that credits are still deducted even when no image is produced. I contacted support about this, and they explained that credits are deducted once a generation job is successfully initiated on their servers, even if the image later fails due to processing or session-related issues.

While I understand the technical explanation, as a user this still feels unfair. From my perspective, I’m losing credits without receiving any usable output.

I’ve tested this in multiple browsers (Chrome and Firefox), and the issue persists, so it doesn’t appear to be a local setup problem.

Right now, this makes the platform difficult to use, because repeated failed generations quickly consume credits without delivering results. I really hope this gets addressed soon, because the tool itself has a lot of potential — but in its current state, it’s becoming frustrating to rely on.

poor quality. extremely greedy with subscriptions and annoyingly discriminative against free users by limiting every basic feature including downloads. it rubs us in the wrong way when an app does that. not to mention the results being extremely poor.

Poor results at a great expense. It all started out well and I got an email from support guiding me on training a product. I have now spent many $$$ dollars using their advice, still with very poor results and low fidelity of products, even using 35 images of the same product at differnt angles. I reached out to support again and they never got back to me, so thats the end of flair for me. I found a great app that ticks all the boxes. Its easy to use, and maintains the fidelity of your product with the correct prompts and images. I've got loads of spare credits on Flair, but I am not even bothered to use them as I know the results will be poor.

Flair is simply amazing. User friendly and very efficient!

I have been charged for services I did not use, also I have bought credits which dissapeared from my account. I have also generated images, which used my credits but never loaded.

I contacted customer support with zero response.

Next step will be to contact my banks fraud department.

Amazing tool tailor-fit for business. I also appreciate that they allow free trial so I can see if it fits my use-case.

The images Flair generates are extensive and gives the user options to enhance or modify subjects or a portion of it. Very useful for e-commerce!

i was able to redo the photos on my website with flair ai for less than 1/100th of the cost

Flair.ai promised me a refund the 19th of June. Still haven't received any money. They are not responding to emails so you have to threaten by reporting them to the police to get a reponse.

Slow response time from the customer support. They need to work faster with responding to customers, they also indiscriminately deducted funds from my account after they did not let me unsubscribe from their subscription plan.

This product is deceptive.
Also, the founder claims to be “pro-woman” when it benefits her, but refuses to use models with diverse body types in the advertisements and has a very elitist mentality due to some of her concerning tweets, but I guess we shouldn’t be too surprised there.

I used Flair AI and I believe the pricing is unreasonably high for what the service offers. The results do not justify the cost, and I expected much better performance for this price.

I hope the pricing structure will be reconsidered to better reflect the actual value provided.

Flair AI has been a solid addition to our process — it gave us the flexibility to create multiple ad variations in half the time we used to spend. I’m pretty hands-on with visuals, so being able to tweak scenes and generate new looks on demand has saved us both budget and creative burnout. Some images need light edits, especially on reflective surfaces, but that’s expected. Overall, it’s made our content production way more efficient.
