Received my ring a few days ago, can't get over how beautiful it is. Opals are majical and this ring brings out every colour I could imagine. Thank you Flash Opal for allowing me to have such a special item.

I had an opal ring made for my partner and it's just beautiful. Janine responded very quickly to my emails and the customer service was excellent. The delivery was also very fast. I've worked in the jewellery industry and I know it can be daunting ordering online but the whole experience was seamless and professional. I can't wait to give my boyfriend this stunning piece!

Just had a pair of wedding bands made and from the very first contact Janine made us feel like we were her only customers
After changing the metal and the opals from the original spec Janine knew what we were after and she was on it
Absolutely great communication all the way through the the process
10 days later Janine sent me some photo’s and they looked amazing 4days later they arrived (via FedEx)
and the photos paled in comparison to the rings they were absolutely stunning such vibrant colours

Absolutely fabulous, janine went above and beyond and communicated regularly, we knew what was happening and when and the product was fabulous, made extra special by changing a few things as we wanted matching wedding rings, janine reassured that she would make sure we would receive what we requested, although a time difference she kept regular communication, absolutely recommend 👍
