A great deterrent against illegal parking on your property
Flash park offers a great service and totally solved the problem of people continuously parking on our private driveway. The signs were a clear deterrent.

Excellent & Cost Efficient Service
I have used the FlashPark for many years to stop unlawful parking at my property. It works by renting signs which must be displayed prominently and if anyone does park illegally, then you have an online account whereby you can report them and they will receive a parking ticket. I believe that we have only had to do this about twice since just displaying the signs appears to deter people from parking! It has been a very effective measure, because prior to this we were having terrible trouble with people parking in our tenants’ spaces. There are different types of signs and also paper permits available to purchase, so you can buy whatever is relevant to your parking problem. All in all, FlashPark is a very approachable company to deal with, providing an excellent and cost-efficient service.

Signs very effective
There is no doubt that the signs on their own have made a difference. We shall see if dealing with persistent illegal parkers is effective but the signs may do the significant part of the work on their own.

Managing an issue with the misuse of…
Managing an issue with the misuse of disabled bay parking was a real problem for us. Therefore partnering with Flashpark for enforcement services proved transformative. Their tailored approach, from consultation to execution, impressed us.
Their website is easy to navigate and very user-friendly for uploading images.

Professional and quick set up process
Professional and easy process to set up. For a small parking area it has been very difficult to find a company who could assist but Flashpark's system works perfectly. Zuzana was extremely helpful and worked hard to set my account quickly before the Christmas break. Excellent service and wish I had found Flashpark sooner

Dealt with unauthorised parking in no time
We were experiencing a lot of frustrations with unauthorised parking in our staff car park which was causing a lot of issues internally. We looked at multiple options, including ANPR but FlashPark offered an easy, cost effective solution that we could manage. The solution has nearly eradicated the issues in the first couple of weeks. We continue to be very happy with the solution.

Flahpark's service has been invaluable…
Flahpark's service has been invaluable over the years, at the shared rental house we operate. Unauthorised parking was a big problem, especially when new flats were developed nearby without private parking. Persisten use of Flashpark's ticketing reduced it to almost nothing. They also have a good range of signage and other accessories such as parking permits available. Recommended.

It’s not ethical
It’s not ethical,
I pulled over to answer a telephone call and a neighbour or resident and or Dog Walker photograph my car and I’m issued with a £60 fine at 9 am in the morning when there’s not a single car on the road, it’s disgusting you should be ashamed of yourselves, it’s not like I’m going to the station and leave my car there all day long very bad I will take this to court

They have been able to ensure that people parking at the company using that same car park, has been fined for wrongful parking. We had to get Flash Parking to add our site to they system as we was ending up running out of spaces for our staff.
Since having the signs, we have had very little parking in the spaces, and even more moving after reading the signs.
I would definitely suggest using this company. Always open for questions, and any advise.

Car parking problems simply went away!
We owned a private car park in Maidstone in which we rented spaces to local businesses. Rogue parking by outsiders caused all sorts of problems for these businesses. Flashpark solved all these problems. Best of all, it was monitored by the businesses who were able to photograph and report unwanted parking in their spaces.
The problem was 95% cured overnight. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has a problem with nuisance parking.

Flashpark - excellent service!
I have been using Flashpark for over 10 years at two sites. During this time they have issues many PCNs. This service really works! Flashpark issues PCNs immediately they are received. Zuzana has been my main point of contact (She has always been very helpful and responsive). If you need to protect your parking spaces, Flashpark are the Company to use.
