Because of the Service if there was any problem the Flaternity Team responded and acted very quick to find a solution, repair things or were not shy to buy things we needed in our apartment.
The team and for me especially Esteband was very friendly and open to help and clarify things when there was a topic. Also the Apartment was exactly as in the pictures shown and always very clean. I was 5 months in the Apartment in Barcelona and just recommended to everybody who is thinking about moving in!

Flaternity was a great experience for my first stay in Barcelona! They are readily available to respond and help with any possible issue. All services are maintained and looked after regularly and promptly. The atmosphere remains friendly with no problems reaching out to their team!

Me gustaría contar en primera persona la gran experiencia positiva que tuve viviendo más de 1 año y medio en Valencia por medio de Flaternity.
Son un gran equipo de personas que están a todo momento trabajando para que nuestra estadía sea estupenda.

Recomiendo y agradezco en especial a Esteban que siempre fue tan agradable conmigo.

Efficient communication and good service

When we needed something, they helped us very quickly! The appartment was nice. We had a cleaning lady who came every week and I also received my deposit back.

Las ubicaciones que tienen son excepcionales. Los precios bastante amigables. Todo amueblado y la limpieza incluida. La verdad que es difícil encontrar una buena alternativa como ellos. Además el servicio al cliente es muy bueno. Los recomendaría 100%.

The apartment was clean, well-kept, and located in a great area. The team was always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The coliving atmosphere made it super easy to connect with new people and feel at home right away.
