We bought an IKEA flat pack wardrobe which arrived last Tuesday. After opening the first box we realised it was going to be too big a task! We itemise all quotations to be completely transparent with our pricing and with the number of items included in your job we would usually expect the work to take at least a day and half to complete. However, our assembler Aivis is rather an exception when it comes to building a large number of flat pack in a single day and so it is understandable that you might consider the cost to be expensive. We will certainly take this feedback on board and will be happy to offer a 15% discount should you require our services again. Really pleased with both the overall service provided by Flatpack Dan and the guy, Marc, who came on the day. Dan was quick to reply to enquiries, to set dates and to provide a super simple invoice and payment system.
Marc was tidy, no nonsense, got the work done efficiently. Five stars and would definitely recommend.
