It took almost a month for it to arrive. It just arrived last night and I have not even opened the package yet!

Horrible. I ordered a gift almost 2 months early, eventually received tracking info that it was coming from Italy then was notified of a shipping issue, I reached out several times and kept getting sorry, we will ask our shipper to expedite. I still weeks later have no tracking, no eta. I had to buy a different gift for the person since this one still hasn't arrived and they wont send me a refund.

Fraudulent company who lure you in with one price in your own currency then change to another currency in order to charge you more. I purchased a set of card games at a price of around $54 Australian Dollars only to be charged $54 USD. The item was ordered on the 9th Dec as a Xmas gift and ten days later it had barely moved. Item then never turned up at all. Do not purchase from this company!

I ordered two different puzzles.
But when it arrived it was 2 of the same.
I ask for a refund of 50% of the order or just to get the order fullfilled.
However they offered me a 8% return and after 7 mails they gave me 25% of my order. They did not want to fullfill and not want to have me return the order.
