If I could rate as a minus I would. Don’t know the company never accessed the company but they’ve taken 14:99 from my account after contacting received email stating I’d signed up. Don’t even know who or what they do

I cancelled my subscription several months ago, but I'm still getting charged. Several emails later they haven't resolved anything. So now it's with my bank as fraudulent activity.
I'm very disappointed with their customer service.

Good service till it comes to refunding your money I ordered Christmas presents for my little girl and then they wasn’t in stock which is fine BUT I WAS NOT EVEN INFORMED OF THIS!!!! If I hadn’t of asked I would not of know!!! Now the next thing I’ve received some of my refund only the small amounts still awaiting £109 and every time I ask I get told 10 working days but the other refund the small amounts went in day after how strange! Been spoke to like I’m dog poo all I get is a told it will take 10 day I’ve not had 1 single apology for not even notifying me and now I’m struggling to get my daughters Xmas presents as everything is going out of stock waiting for refund absolutely disgusting!!! I wil not use again!!! Still no refund DISGUSTING KNIWING ITS XMAS!!!!!!

Absolute nightmare of a company, they obviously accept payment details before declining customers accounts but then continue to take payments off people for goods they haven’t received, in my eyes that’s FRAUD !!! As a company you should be ashamed

Keep away been reported for fraudulent activity charging £29.99 for a subscription fee using payday loans applications to charge you in terms and conditions.

Disgusting company. I have never signed up for this company, yet they have tried to take payment from my card 18 times. I have contacted them several times, and have made a complaint. Despite their complaints procedure saying they would acknowledge my complaint within 5 days they haven’t done so. They have ignored me and never get replies, but they keep trying to take money from my card. Stay away from these awful people.

Be carefull i ordered a nintendo switch paid first payment then they said they needed 6 payments before they sent it out the nintendo switch is around 450 pound from these and only 200 at argos even paying the 6 payments would cost more than buying one from argos dont see any benefits at all my order has been cancelled and they have informed me will take up to ten days to get my 50 back

What does awaiting picking mean on my grocerie order also on my electronic games console ordered payments been taken but it says pending

I never placed a single order which this company, but have been charged £29.99 today. Why would this be? Called the number, but being told nobody to answer my call. I’m on a very low income, and £29.00 is a lot of money for me.

Aviod!!

Where trying to take money out my account when no order was placed then customer service basically blamed me! The reason no order was place is because the lied and said payment would be taken on a day I selected but tried not once but twice to take money instantly if it had been for verification they would just keep taking money!!

Have had to cancel bank card and now with out access to money form my bank as I use only online account (Monzo)

I’m trying to order from flava it says you don’t have to pay anything until the date iv chosen …
But when I’m ordering it’s trying to take £50.41 ???
So I’m confused can someone help me plz ??

I had to give me details to look and it said a free trail but straight away it wanted 30 off me up front? So I cancelled the bank thing to say then can and then was able to view whats available..why would I want buy now pay later of crisps, sweets and tins? That's all it is? Cupboard stuff and mostly junk food as in crisps or tinned meals? So I came off the site and the Last 2 days they've tried to take 30 out of my account? 29.99 to be specific. Why again would I was a subscription to buy out of date or near out of date food? That's what these offers seem to be? It's not a deal to me and iv got no interest. My bank has agreed to block you and I can't easily delete this account

I responded to further information and nothing, ignored via email, left a Google review telling them it's faud, even the bank says so, banks declined for fraud, cancelled a card and low and behold they're somehow managing to still take it. Took screenshots of everything and the many others in my situation

Gave me a credit account.. I then purchased some things went to check out everything was fine then had an email to say that I could no longer have the credit account but have still been trying to take money out of my bank for last two days.. reported to bank as fraud!

Continually bombarded with e-mails the moment I created an account. Non stop, everyday. I have even un-subscribed but they still keep coming.
The only reason I signed up for them was a friend said they were selling coffee for £1.29 a jar.
Needless to say, that person is no longer a friend!!

I neither work for another company in competition with Flava nor do I have an un-resolved issue with Flava, Yes or any other name they go by.
Be aware they WILL take money from your bank account as you WILL agree to a CPA when you sign up to ANY UN REGULATED CREDIT. The £29.99 will be taken in the early hours of the morning. Once they have your CONTINUOUS PAYMENT AUTHORITY They can then debit your bank account whenever they want to. You MAY be able to complain to your bank and have the transaction reversed (Claw Back) if any fees weren't made clear to you on sign up.

When I eventually went on the website the prices were scandalous!! This site is obviously, and immorally, aimed specifically at people on a low income or who have a poor credit score.
These people will go the same way as Provident, Bright House and all the other disgustingly high priced rip off merchants who pray on low income families and single parents....They should actually be outlawed and the directors etc. barred from ever running a business again.
My advice.......steer well clear.

Obviously these reviews you see are fake aa Flava is a scam who will take your money and nor deliver any goods whilst have you chasing a fake DHL account. Taking money from single parents and using the scam of groceries. Lowest of the low
