Absolute scammers
Placed original order been waiting 6 weeks never arrived. Fleas then charged an even larger order to my credit card and never sent that order. I demanded a refund and that they need to cancel the subscription that I never signed up for in the first place, to which they never reply to the emails. I’ve to cancel my credit card to stop them stealing my money

Honestly cannot say if the product works or not. Only used it for a month. They automatically place you on monthy payments. I have cancelled subscription twice. They still take money!!! F@#KERS. Must cancel crdit card now. SCAM SCAM SCAM

DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAM

I was billed and never sent the product I ordered. When questioned about this they advised one of the products was out of stock and everything would be shipped when everything was back in stock this was Feb. In March I was billed again for the same product and told it was a subscription even though I did not sign up for one and still had not received the first order. I told them I wanted to cancel this, and they told me it was too late but could cancel future orders. Canceling was a nightmare but I believed I canceled all future orders but did not trust this so I deleted my credit card on file. It's now June and I have never received any of my orders and they refuse to give me a refund and now getting emails that my current new order for my subscription (that I canceled) cannot be fulfilled due to no credit card on file.

The first delivery took 4-6 weeks to arrive then, just after I received my 1st delivery I was advised of a new order, which I did not purchase. Apparently I had signed up for a subscription, the 2 nd delivery came with 1.5 weeks. I told them that I didn’t want it and was advised it was too late, I accepted this and canceled the subscription. The just yesterday, months after cancelling my subscription, I get told my order has shipped. I’ve forwarded all of the emails confirming my cancellation of the subscription and I get no communication back. ITS A TOTAL SCAM AND NOW HAVE TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD.

These guys are complete A-holes. They auto-subscribe you to their product even if you don't ask, and then they ignore it when you unsubscribe. They just keep charging your card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Like many others I have been charged illegally for a subscription I cancelled months ago! Avoid this company at all costs as clearly it has now become an illegal operation and would advise anyone who is still a customer to cancel your card used with them.

FLEAVA IS A COMPLETE SCAM, don't buy. I have been using it since September 2025 including the whole package, capsuls, shampoo and serum. Dispite NOT being aware that I was signing up for anything, to date Fleava has taken £1373 out of my account without my knowledge.
It is impossible to cancel don't fall into the trap, if anything my hair has become worse since using this snake oil.
On advice from my bank I am contacting Visa to take action and if necessary I will seek legal action to close down the operation to stop Fleava fleecing anyone else.

They bill you even when your "subscription" (which I never agreed on) was requested to be canceled. I even changed my credit card number to stop them. The bank allowed their charge on the discontinued number anyway. Now when I go on their Site, Norton tells me it's a "Dangerous Website" due to reported scams.

I was charged AGAIN! I never went on recurring order! said I was on a recurring charge. When I received the email I immediately contacted customer support. (within 5 minutes) When they charged me thr email said said order is preparing to ship. They got back to me within 30 minutes of them charging me and said they would not refund because I was on a recurring charge.
This is not right. It'didn't even ship!
And I never used the first order and never opened the them. I asked for a refund, they said use the product for 90 days with before and after pictures then, we'll speak to the management team,

This company is a total scam. They lock you in a subscription that you never signed up for. Even after they said they removed me from it, I still get billed. Do not by from this place.

This company is a total scam and sends you product and a subscription that I never asked for. I have tried cancelling 3 times but still they keep sending product. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!

Still waiting for new hair to grow. Its been a month now and still no progress.

This product is an absolute scam. I used it for a couple months and it was useless. They said I had a subscription which I do not recall at all. It was supposed to be they said a sub subscription for every three months yet every month they’re sending me three months worth of product. I canceled the subscription and they refuse to cancel it. They just keep billing me every month and sending me more product. They don’t respond to the emails you send.

01/20/26 From me: Fleava Support, If you read the emails, I provided to you, you will see that you confirmed you were going to update the mailing address, which you failed to do. So, this was your error, not mine and you're taking no accountability for making the mistake. I live over 350 miles away from the address where you delivered the package. I don't have anybody receiving mail for me at that location.
It's time for you to admit you made the mistake, ship a new order to the correct address, otherwise be prepared for some seriously negative reviews.

THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN CHANGE, CANCEL, OR MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. I CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL MONTHS AGO VIA THEIR EMAIL TO CANCEL AND JUST NOW RECEIVED ANOTHER DAMN ORDER THAT I DON'T WANT! Fleava does work some. The problem is once you order they keep your CC info and take it upon themselves to charge you and order shit you never wanted. Shampoo, scrup brush and other BS.
This company scams its customers and the customer service numbers and sites they post do not work.
Beware ok these rat. They will f#@k you and ask if you liked it. Getting a refund is impossible and they give BS for customer service.

I have had very poor results using Fleava and I want to cancel my subscription. However, no one at Fleava will respond to my many requests.
