The item I ordered came as expected and described within 8-10 days of ordering, however the return process was very daunting and is not a straightforward return process. You have to email the company in order to initiate a return, thus having to engage in email back and forth communication which took days to explain that I did not want store credit or other offers that they kept offering in lieu of a return.

STAY AWAY. Poor quality, no return policy, all they want is your money. Save yourself grief and buy elsewhere.

Not what I expected at all. Not a rubber bottom ,you can’t wear them in snow or rain you’slip and fall on your butt.They aren’t what I ordered at all. I’m going to get my money back. Im returning them for a full refund. Not what was advertised.They come with a funny Oder.

I rarely purchase clothing on line. I recently underwent reverse shoulder replacement surgery and was looking for a button down dress that would look somewhat presentable beneath a sling. It took awhile to arrive. When it did arrive there was no invoice or tracking data provided. The item was too large. I just wanted to return it for a smaller size. There is no one to speak with. Email responses only. I could keep the dress and be given a fifty percent off coupon to use on a future purchase or to order the same item in a smaller size. I am waiting to receive a copy of their formal return policy just to see how crazy this whole organization works.

If I could give 0 reviews, I would. You will never be able to make a return and find that out after several emails sending photos etc .

I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering a $60 blouse. Crappy fabric, not good sizing (even with the size recommendations on their website), poor construction. Asked for a refund, and like others have stated I'd have to absorb the return shipping to China and was told today by a shipper it will be over $100. Their website says "Tennessee" which is a lie, and further shows Wyoming and Netherlands addresses:

Terrible company. I paid $61 for a really ugly shirt and I’m having difficulty returning it. It doesn’t look anything like the picture. I’ve done some research and it turns out that the shipping will probably cost more than the shirt to send it back so you can’t send anything back without paying a lot of money. Just don’t buy anything.

Please please DO NOT purchase anything from this site. I do not recommend. You need to explain a thousand times on thousand of emails why you want to return a pair of shoes that as per website have a cheetah print and when received they have a “Mickey mouse” alike print. Even with this explanation they continue to ask back and forth the same questions. They ask for pictures of what you have received. This website FLEEK FIT is a total scam. If you buy with credit card you file a dispute and you will get your money back in 24 hours, this is how much of a scam it is.

I ordered a pair of shoes. They arrived in a timely manner (in a bag, not a shoebox so they were pretty smooshed from shipping) but they didn't fit. I emailed customer service to exchange the shoes and they asked me for a photo so they could see what I ordered. I knew then it was going to be a problem. I sent the photo. They asked for the size I ordered. I sent the size. When a company doesn't know what you have ordered, even though you provide them with an order number, you ought to be wary. They then told me that they would give me 50% off of a new order etc etc etc. I didn't realize that the shoes were coming from China or I would not have ordered them. To exchange anything you purchase from this website you are required to pay the return costs. I would avoid them.

Requested order be cancelled as soon as order was placed and was advised by email that was in final stages of shipping, really order was requested to be cancelled as soon as it was placed. Received merchandise and as I suspected was far below quality and item pictured, so basically wasted 80.00. Do not shop from this site

I wore it right after unboxing and was genuinely surprised by the comfort level. The material isn’t stiff and the movement feels natural. Shipping updates were accurate the whole time.

Perfect piece for days when I want to look presentable with zero effort. The fabric feels smooth and doesn’t trap heat. The parcel arrived cleaner than most of my online orders.

The piece itself feels durable, like it can handle daily wear without falling apart. Tested it on a long walk in slightly windy weather and it held up great. Solid purchase overall.

The fabric feels breathable and the sleeves don’t stretch out weirdly. The fit around the chest is perfect. Shipping came from their EU warehouse and arrived in better condition than most packages I get.

Absolute scam. Please avoid.
FleekFit lists a U.S. address on their website and claims to offer a 30-day refund policy, but in reality the products are shipped from China, and none of the true return conditions are disclosed before purchase.
After receiving a poor-quality, incorrectly sized jacket, I requested a return according to their stated policy. Only then was I told that all returns must be shipped back to China, at my own expense (around $50), which was never mentioned anywhere on the website. Had I known this, I would never have purchased.
Instead of honoring their refund policy, they repeatedly pressured me to accept small partial refunds (10%, 20%, 25%) and keep the item. This is a classic scam tactic and completely unacceptable.
I am currently in a dispute with my credit card company because I paid $94 for a jacket I cannot wear, and FleekFit refuses to take responsibility or provide a legitimate return option.

Warning: Do not buy anything from this website. The return policy is misleading, the product quality is poor, and the customer service is deceptive.

I recently ordered a coat from fleekfit and when it arrived I was apalled..it looked like something to wear in the yard. It look old, washed, thin and raggedy with fuzzy bunnies floating from it when I took it from the package. I have written to them about a refund and return on the same day and they are offering to change the size..I paid 85.00 for this coat..I have bought better quality coats on Amazon for less..I need my money back...I wouldnt buy from them again!
