We had a private sale where we were already living as tenants in the property. I expressed to Gareth that we were conscious to try and get the sale done quickly so that we could save on rental fees, he was incredibly understanding and officiant. From my experience conveyancing is never easy and this company made everything go well.

We used Fletcher Longstaff to do a transfer of equity for our flat in Bristol. Tom was extremely responsive and professional from the outset and made the process 100% stress free - even when things got complicated with help to buy, and we had to change from a transfer of equity to a 'full redemption payment' part way through. I cannot recommended Fletcher Longstaff enough and will not be using anyone else from now on!

Exemplary service. As a slightly nervous first time buyer I wanted the best, and I was not disappointed! The onboarding procedure was very efficient, action items were updated in real time on the online system so I always knew how things were progressing, and I never waited more than a few hours for a response to an email query during normal working hours. We have used Fletcher Longstaff on two separate sales. Each time we have had a dedicated lawyer who specializes in conveyancing. Importantly we have had direct contact details for each lawyer who were both very responsive and professional throughout. Fletcher Longstaff also has an excellent case management system that keeps you updated at every stage of the process. Unlike many other firms that overly depend on case management systems to keep costs low and where contact is via call centres to random individuals, Fletcher Longstaff understand the importance of being able to speak to the person with responsibility for your transaction.

It is a very complicated and confusing process but Letaye helped to cut through all the fog and make it a very straight forward and easy to follow step by step process.
