I have used Lizz for many years and she always provides lovely fresh flowers, thoughtfully arranged and delivered on time.

We always use Fleurbylizz for special family days and social occasions. Our latest experience was a Summer Ball at PMGC where Fleurbylizz delivered 12 beautiful themed floral table centre pieces.

They always deliver excellent quality at good prices.

My overall experience with this company has been so refreshing. Simple, easy, and most of all the customer clearly comes first to these guys. My delivery driver went above and beyond to ensure my order was delivered even when faced with a few logistical difficulties (i am based in Newcastle and the recipient in peterborough) Simon, you are a credit to your employer and sound like a lovely chap based on our brief conversations.

I even felt compelled to call the shop directly and spoke to a lovely bubbly lady called Hannah who i hope passed on my gratitude to Simon.

If i ever need flowers delivered 200 miles from where i live, i will be straight on the phone to Hannah and Simon LOL.

Zero stars would be more accurate. Avoid at all costs. Flowers are poor quality, overpriced, rude unprofessional customer service from Lizz the owner I have never come across a business owner with such disdain towards customers absolute disgrace avoid at all costs.

To reiterate The flowers were poor quality and overpriced and not delivered at the agreed time.
I did not request a refund although I definitely deserve one, I did not receive an apology and I certainly did not behave in a rude manner all complete lies.
What I actually received was a foul mouthed response from an extremely unprofessional and prejudice shop employee. This company has a monopoly on the market therefore they feel they can treat customers in anyway they please. I standby my review as it is the truth and would urge anyone looking to buy from this business to look at other independent reviews on numerous sites who have also received terrible service. A professionally run company would not negatively slur a customer for a true review of the products/service received. The response from the owner says everything any future customer needs to know. Again I repeat avoid at all costs.

To anyone who is planning on purchasing flowers from this company read the horrendous response from Lizz the owner who again feels it’s acceptable to verbally attack a customer rather than apologise and resolve the issues they caused.
