The only way to make them not fall apart was to tec screw all of the joints together.

I only recieved 4 long poles not 5 now 5
I only recieved 4 long poles which has been enough for the strawberry patch. But would have liked it a bit longer,
I have since recieved another pole plus 3 clips this was a quick response and not expecting the communication I received. Thank you.

Hi Nola, good to hear from you and thank you for bringing this to my attention. There defiantly sounds as if something is wrong here - the frame you purchased should have 5 long legs. I have gone through my records and can find no communication from you about this. If we are advised that a component is missing, we send that out immediately by Express Post, so that the part is received quickly.
It is unfortunate that sometimes these things do happen as we employ people in Australia to pack the kits (rather than have machines do it) and sometimes they can make a mistake. But on the rare occasions that happens, as I say, as soon as we are advised we rectify that issue by send any missing components by express post. PLEASE Nola, email me directly with the issue so I can get that sorted out for you. Thanks. Peter

Beware, these do not hold up if there are any winds.
I would rather have something made in China that can withstand Aussie conditions than something Aussie made that a sneeze would blow over.
Really disappointed.
You are better off making your own frames with poly pipe.
Should be renamed Flimsy Garden Frames.
Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs

Hi Jermey, thanks for your feedback. I know that you have purchased a number of these frames over several years and it is disappointing to hear that you are having issues with the current one.

I recognise that every tree and location is different, and it is impossible to test every scenario, however you can see from the majority of reviews below that customers are having great success with the tree frames, which they are using to keep birds and pests away from the fruit. Some of those have frames set up in areas with very high winds and those customers contact me to let me know what they have done to help secure the frames more in those conditions - there are quite a few simple tricks that can be used to secure them against excessive winds, which I am happy to go through with you. If you can email me directly, maybe with a photo of the location and tree, I will come back to you with some simple approaches you can take to make the structure accommodate your needs. I have a small cherry tree in the back…
I have a small cherry tree in the back yard. Last year it had about 30 cherries on it. Bloody blackbirds attacked them with gusto as soon as they started ripening. Didn’t get a one. This year the branches were covered with cherries, so I decided to obtain a flexi frame and netting. Covered the tree and had no problems. I picked 1.8 kg. of big red juicy cherries. The blackbirds and various cohorts got no cherries this year. Very happy. Great product guys.

I like the product
I like the product. I'm getting lots of use out of my original large tree frame for my plum tree and the tall frame for my narrow back yard bed. I've been ordering more components and adapting the designs for other beds.
Delivery was accurate and timely.

Simple and Successful
The assembly was extremely straightforward and the frames fitted perfectly inside my raised beds so they remain secure in strong winds. The insect netting has been wonderful and has made a big difference to protecting my vegetables. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Flexi Garden Frames to any gardener.
